JOIVY Modern 1 bed Flat in West End, close to Princes Gardens

Good location,very quiet and well equipped

Needs some maintenance work,which I realise is difficult in the holiday season.sorry but the blinds are awful 😞

Accessing via smart lock - too difficult, didn’t work with first link

Neat, clean with all facilities working. Great place for 2 adults had everything we needed. Short walk to town or jump on tram for 2 stops if you’re feeling lazy. Best shower we have had on our trip thru Europe.

Access to the property was difficult, this was due to Booking.com blocking the link provided by the property to access the front door.

Staff were responsive pretty quickly and polite when I had problems with access, and even came to help. Convenient location. Comfortable bed and nice new sofa and good hot shower.

The electronic access didn’t work on occasions, including my arrival, leaving me on the doorstep trying to phone / text for help. Totally unacceptable especially as this has been reported via these reviews several times. Several maintenance issues eg stains on carpet and broken / damaged furniture and poor paintwork which let the property down and made it feel quite shabby - I have e mailed a long list to the management so hopefully these will be fixed (maybe reviews here will be the test of that). None of this was acceptable for a property at this price.
