Dragon Suites - Edinburgh City Centre 1 Bed Apartment

The property was in a great location. Close to the main area but on a quiet street.

Though the property was nice, it did need some TLC. The bathroom was the main area of concern. The tiles in the bathroom have become loose and grout was missing, leaving sharp edges on the tiles. Obviously this has been from poor workmanship or recent water damage. Furthermore the bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable due to loose support slats located under the mattress. I suggest that the host rectifies these issues before renting the property again. I must note that I didn’t contact the host during my stay, giving them the opportunity to rectify these issues.

Apartment exceeded our expectations it had been refurbished to a high standard. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable & the shower water pressure great. Shower gel, shampoo & conditioner provided with soap. The kitchen had a dishwasher & 2 tablets. We didn’t cook in the apartment but there is sufficient cooking equipment including oil & salt & pepper. Also washing up liquid, scourer & tea towel provided. There is a coffee machine and 2 coffee capsules per stay. The apartment was lovely and warm and being ground floor was easy to access. There is a Sainsbury’s local & Tesco express within approx 5 min walk It took us about 10-15 minutes to reach the start of the shopping area in Princess Street

Nothing to change all good but be aware there is no luggage storage
