Ubicación muy buena, cerca de las principales rutas de la zona y en una calle tranquila de Navarrés. La casa es fresca, las habitaciones son amplias y cuenta con muchas camas, que son cómodas.
La comunicación con los anfitriones dejó bastante que desear (pregunté por chat varias veces sobre el check-in/out sni respuesta y la información de la recogida de llaves estaba incorrecta) y aunque los baños y camas estaban limpios, la limpieza en general de la casa (suelo, lámparas, utensilios de cocina...) debería mejorarse

La tranquilidad del lugar, suele haver sitio en las inmediaciones para el coche gratis. La relación calidad- precio.
La zona de la barbacoa necesita una limpieza a fondo, y el cuarto de la lavadora idem de lo mismo. Al paellero le falta el tercer aro para la paella de 4 asas que tienen, el horno es un poco viejo y salta el diferencial cada dos por tres. Las habitaciones de arriba son muy calurosas en verano y solo hay ventiladores, no tiene aire acondicionado.

Limpieza e instalaciones poco cuidadas, la goma del fuego para hacer la paella caducada desde 2014, las caldosas del suelo levantadas con posibilidad d tropezar, el último piso hay tres camas dobles, sin baño ni puertas, la casa está bien pero necesita algunos retoques.
