Theocratic is amszing with a spectacular view!
The staff in the office are very pleasant, accommodating and helpful!
I thought the suite should have beach towels, larger bath towels and beach chairs. Considering it's on the ocean for visitors staying a few days this would be very helpful. I thought it was odd they wanted us to sweep and mop the floors.

Location was amazing
Furniture and bathroom was very old.

Very clean, comfortable great location on the beach and close to the bus stop to downtown Valencia. Plenty of room for 5 people.
No dryer, no washcloths and no ice trays to make ice. No basic condiments like salt/pepper or cooking oil etc.

Good location, furniture update is needed and beds are awful.
