Loved Gandia, it's a special place with something for everyone

Top location with great value for money.

Great location in walking distance to the beach. Spacious kitchen, master bedroom and living room. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Balcony with sea view. Shared pool area. Check in was very easy.

Thin walls, which means that you can hear noise fr the street downstairs. The kitchen equipment was very basic. We had to buy salt, pepper, oil, coffee and washing liquid.

Everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There were big windows in all rooms and it was super close to the beach. For sure, we will go there again. I really advise to rent it.

Exceptional

We loved our stay in Gandia! We visit regularly, and we've stayed in apartments by the same company each time. The service from the staff is particularly outstanding and they are willing to help with anything and everything! The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and in close proximity to gorgeous Gandia beach. We'll be back! Thanks again :)

Cleanliness, ease of access (the “key app” works beautifully), good/clear communication from the property management, nice location.

Comfortable apartment close to beach & harbour.

The apartment was well laid out and comfortable. Good sized bedrooms. Adequate equipment in kitchen if you want to cook, dishwasher and washing machine also helpful. Staff polite cheerful and quick to respond. South facing balcony.

That we didn’t have premium channels as stated on booking. Staff checked television but we didn’t get a really clear answer as to why, so only had 4 English speaking news channels during our stay. Disappointing as this was a main reason for booking this apartment. The street can be noisy and is used by clubbers coming home in very early hours. I would advise anyone booking to book apartments ‘B’ as ‘A’ apartments are in middle of building and link to Hotel Biarritz’s apartments. We had 1 night where the apartment next door was very noisy from 2.30am until 4am.

It is ok, if nothing goes wrong.

The location is wonderful. Very close to the beach, lots of shops. I do recommend getting a high-level apartment if you worry about late-night music from nearby cafes, it is not very loud but it is there. Most things you need for the stay are provided. Good water pressure, good size shower cubicle. The apartment is very clean, cleaners are probably the only people who work hard there.

Many things look like they lack maintenance - presumably the apartment was recently renovated, but the furniture was assembled by a blind carpenter, the bathroom door has water damage and doesn't close properly. There are many other small details of the same nature. I wouldn't be taking points off for that, but it rang a few bells. The main thing is a very strange management team. There was an electricity outage - in this apartment everything is powered by electricity, so no water, no loo, impossible to plan the day, do we need to find another place to stay? - management is not bothered and it took them two hours to get back to us. No internet after the outage - you chaise management yourself once again. And the final point is an email you receive a couple of days before checkout. It advises you that they expect you to do half of the apartment cleaning yourself before you leave. A few quotes: "1 Departure time: 10 a.m. 2 Linens and towels used. If you undo beds and put all the sheets and towels in the tub / shower, you are helping the house keeper and she will thank you. 3 Dishes. We have to wash all the dishes at high temperatures, so if you load the dishwasher to the full after breakfast, much better. 4 Garbage. Please put the trash away before you leave" I can not see a customer in their right mind who is going to run around stripping the beds, filling the dishwasher to the full and taking away all the recycling and rubbish amid packing and breakfast and maybe an early morning swim, I really hope no one does. We are boring pretty neat people who don't leave a mess, but who would wish to get up an hour earlier on their last day to do some light housekeeping? There is no respect towards their customers' time in all this

Calmo Singular Apartments...June 2022.

The apartment was very clean and bright. Air con kept the apartment lovely and cool. Well provided utensils etc. Good central location.

Car parking was €10 a day at the apartments Check out at 10, very early when you have paid for a night Large groups (25 to 30 apx) of children going into the pool around 7 every night for an hour. The street after 11.30 at night till 3.30 am apx was quite noisy from crowds of people walking up and down. Didn't expect that. Maybe Moors & Christian's week was the reason.

Excellent Stay

Excellent location. Clean, bright, spacious and very well equipped. No staff on site but responded very quickly when contacted.

Overall good stay and would return

The location was very good in easy reach of beach, restaurants etc. When we arrived we couldn’t get air con to work so I emailed and staff arrived in no longer than 10 mins and sorted everything out..excellent service. Apartment well equipped

We didn’t like the technology needed to get into the apartment eg. Downloading an ap to use your phone to open the door. Not very mobile phone savvy at our age! Once you got into apartment there were keycards available so OK. Thought €12 per day was a bit steep for car parking
