A very comfortable experience for a short stay.
The owners were very lovely and showed me inside the property. The place was clean, tidy and comfortable and felt secure and safe even though it was a room in a joint stay house. Only a 25 minute walk to the centre of Cheltenham too. Would stay again.
The shower was very weak and the blinds didn’t block out much light.

Late let down.
Really shoddy service, let down by host 1 week before I was due to stay with little explanation and almost no communication (I’d booked months in advance). Please manage your expectations if booking here, would hate for you to have a similar experience.

Very good
Very good location, easy walk to racecourse. Comfy room with en-suite. Kitchen and dining area. Parking spot available. Slight heating glitch, but host happily resolved.

Curious location and setup but very clean and comfortable room
Cheap (for Cheltenham) and the room itself was very clean, tidy and comfortable, the same for the en-suite bathroom.
The location is a bit out the way and a bit scary at night - dark. Wasn’t the easiest to find (listed as 75 but it’s 76a).
