Please improve your service quality during breakfast

The service in the morning during breakfast. No Englisch and it all takes an extremely long time. Unfortunately, breakfast was only offered from 8.30 which meant stress for us. Egg dishes took ages. We ordered omelette and got a fried egg.

Contact while making a reservation is good. Old historical building. Reviews say it's difficult to get in. Yes, if you arrive outside the time lock you agreed on. Stairs to the rooms. Had nr 1. Small room but good enough. Good bed. Reasonable pillows. Is located at the back. Single glazing. No ventilation. Thus, steamy windows occur during the night. The bathroom is modern and spacious. Sadly, encountered twice that we ran out of hot water. Checked in on Friday and out on Sunday and no cleaning and changing of towels or adding of new nespresso cups. Breakfast €20,- pp. That's a lot for breakfast. Breakfast was good and sufficient but not worth €20,- We had dinner on Friday, which was excellent. 10 out of 10!! Paid that evening for dinner and 2 mornings breakfast. Was solved but had no fresh fruit, no sweets, Nutella, etc., with our breakfast Sunday morning The lady said we had not ordered the breakfast the day before. Good thing I kept the receipt so I could prove we did. Lack of communication between employers. Large parking but in the evening, due to guests of the restaurant, packed. Area is closed of during the night with a gate. Only 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Staff speak only French.

Water is not always warm. Expect cold showers. Communication intern. Paid on arrival for 2 days breakfast. Was not communicated, so I had to show the bill. Breakfast was not complete on the second day. So €20,- pp was a ridiculous price. Staff speaks French only

The cost of a night in this hotel without offering a breakfast was far overpayd

Hotel was closed the day of our breakfast.

Tilling us in advance that the hotel was closed on August 16, 2023 we did not booked for this hotel. Looking forard to have a nice breakfast is was very unlikely that we are informed "after the payment of our dinner" that the hotel was closed the next morning.

Comfortable hotel worth having dinner at and for exploring Spa from

In good location to explore Spa, our room was comfortable & clean and all staff at hotel were good. We really enjoyed dinner on our only night’s stay which was to a very high standard.

This may not be the case in all rooms, but the layout of ours was rather odd. The bath was behind our bed and not screened in any way and although there was a shower head, the water pressure was very poor, necessitating running a bath in the morning. In addition to this, the bath was wide and very deep, meaning it was v difficult to get in and out of and would not be suited to anyone with accessibility issues. In addition, the WC was separate but with no wash basin so you had to go cross the bedroom to wash hands - not great in the middle of the night!

Superb

Seems to be a recently refurbished property, all looked new and clean.

There were some weird design choices though (like some exposed electric meeters and extension cords). Maybe they haven't fully finished the refurbishment. Staff didn't speak English but was nice and we manage to communicate The only actual negative thing was that the Curtains were way too thin and would not properly block the light in the morning.

Great location, terrible design and service

Location, the room, free parking

The staff didn't speak any language apart from French, totally misleading advertising that they do. Upon arrival, she wasn't aware of early check-in and had to call someone to check it. In the bathroom, the sink drain was leaky, also so weird to put the glass door right in front of the toilet? No heating in bathroom which got freezing cold. Also the towel rail was two meter high, I mean how you expect someone to reach it ? So the room was really small . Over all not worth the high price and because of terrible design not even a place recommended, especially if you traveling with kids, friends or teenagers!

Quite simple place

There was window from the bathroom to the room. It’s disturb when at night you need to turn on the lighting in bathroom to the person that is sleeping. Plus it’s look strangely, not nice. Sometimes I felt smell of kitchen in the room. Location is good.

Good choice for a night in Spa

Location is 2 min walk from centre. Breakfast was delicious 😋. The food in the restaurant was amazing with a very good selection of vines.

I would give it 9/10 overall, great place but a bit noisy from road and house opposite.

super property in a great location. Tastefully decorated to a very high standard, old and new combined fantastically well. Room was very airy and well equipped. Had a nice balcony to sit out on. Had a meal in the restaurant and it was excellent value for money, excellent quality!

Too much noise from the road running outside at night, people leaving the restaurant made a lot of noise when leaving at 12am A lot of noise from a big house opposite who had a lot people staying on the Saturday night, shouting and swimming in a pool at 2.30am!!! perhaps that was a one off occurrence? the windows need double glazing as this might solve the problem?! I don’t think you would have a problem with the other rooms as my friend didn’t hear a thing in one of those!

Perfect stay, everything excellent

I was delighted with the hotel and the friendliness. Room excellent - all brand new, great bathroom and shower. Very quiet - lovely Victorian/Edwardian villa, completely updated with style and taste. Restaurant was very tempting but I had a booking elsewhere. Didn't book the full breakfast but was served THE most delicious cappuccino and little chocolate cakes.

All OK. It's just that booking.com should indicate the hotel's street NUMBER. Avenue des Lanciers ?

La localisation. Le çonfort. Le restaurant.

Le nettoyage de la chambre n'a pas été fait. C'est récurrent dans cet établissement. C'est voulu. Et on ne peut pas le dire sous peine de paraître pour un chiant. Le restaurant marche trop bien et le service pour les chambres passe au second plan. Le restaurant est de très bonne qualité mais là aussi le service est tout ou rien. Les entrées servies au pas de course. Le plat qui se fait attendre et l'accompagnement qui n'arrive pas. Tout cela pour nous servir 4 gnocchis et ramener le reste en cuisine... alors que la cassolette est laissé sur la table... enfin on a attendu 15 minutes pour commander un café qu'on a finalement pas pris en fonction de l'attente.
