Character and charm in the hart of SPA

The hotel has a lot of character, its cosy and beautifully presented, classic and elegant decoration, impeccable clean, located at city centre, the receptionist was very helpful and elegant, the hotel is near to all amenities shops,restaurants, cassino and easy access to the Thermas. The hotel has a large parking space.

In inspite the breakfast was good, would be nice to have more options for fruit and oat milk as option as well.

Lovely hotel in great location

Fantastic location just a few steps from the centre of Spa. Beautiful old villa with real charm and character. Lovely gardens and terrace. Private parking.

Check in is quite late at 3.30 and the hotel reception was closed until 3.30.

Lovely period building which exceeded our expectations

Brilliant location, 2 minute walk to bars and restaurants. In the centre of the old town, lovely period building, good secure off road parking. Lovely breakfast included looking out over a landscaped garden

Fantastic stay smack middle in the city centre!

A very luxurious room with ample space, mini bar and furniture. Everything was so clean just like the rest of the building which looks very atmospheric. The lady that welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a nice garden and a private parking space.

A lovely stay in a beautiful hotel

This is a lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. We had a beautiful spacious room with views to the garden and surrounding countryside. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in elegant surroundings, and the town was a short step. We were able to borrow an iron and get a sewing kit for running repairs.

The only disappointment was not the hotel but the restaurant L'Auberge which was recommended by the hotel as part of their group. The patron was quite rude on our arrival. He looked at us as if we had crawled out from under a stone and demanded to know if we had a reservation, which we did. He then pointed at the table and walked away. Such a contrast to our friendly greeting at the hotel. I might also say that the restaurant and terrace were largely empty and who is surprised.

A go-to place at SPA.

People from the reception desk are very kind. Christine helped arrange flowers for my partner’s birthday. They were stunning. We had a wonderful stay. The bed is comfy. The ceiling is high so you will feel very spacious. During breakfast, Christine was very helpful too.

An enjoyable en-route stay ay Villa Des Fleirs

Our party of four had an enjoyable stay in Hotel Villa des Fleurs. The hotel is in a classic historic building which is very well maintained and in the centre of Spa close to amenities . The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and well appointed and it was possible to view BBC on the TV. Villa des Fleurs does not have a restaurant but their recommendation to dine at the restaurant L'Auberge (of their sister hotel) was excellent - a very good restaurant. Villa des Fleurs provides an excellent breakfast. There is also free parking in the drounds of Villa des Fleurs. We would stay there again.

Very pleasant , chilled out Hotel with nice rear garden . Spa town very nice with plenty of eateries

Breakfast was great and healthy , no Full English ! but we knew that . Private parking great , very secure , if you travel by motorcycle the chippings are deep so a piece of wood under side stand is a must ! . The location is spot on , in very short walking distance to everything . Our room was big , very clean and had everything one needs .

The hotel lacks air conditioning but even in 30 deg C heat it stays quite cool , we did have a oscillating fan in our room which helped .

A restful one-night stay in elegant manor home

The upgrade to a spacious room on the top floor was much appreciated. As light sleepers, we were grateful for the tranquility of the room. The room was well appointed and equipped with a Nespresso machine. We also appreciated the secure parking. Breakfast was adequate. It would have been great to have plant-based milk and whole fruits.

Good hotel in historic building. Excellent breakfast. Just one receptionist was very helpful in sending my lost laptop to Milan. The other employees couldn't care less. Reception was closed at night. Nobody to answer the phone, which is ridiculous in a 4* hotel.

Great stay in SPA

breakfast: nicely arranged, we were told we could have it outside on the terrace, so we did :) hallway looks very grand, including the breakfast room and the other rooms downstairs. splendid location , we were able to park on the premises around 14h, the hotel seemed to be closed so we checked in later that evening. they offered to reserve us a table at a nearby restaurant, l'auberge, which was good for us. the restaurant might be considered a little pricey, but we were celebrating our anniversary so we came prepared :). We had the menu option at the restaurant, it was really delicious!

the beds were really soft, and we found our bedroom rather small, but we fit. the bathroom was big enough. we had a room that went around the shaft of the elevator, perhaps that is why the room was narrow.

A hospitable hotel with helpful staff.

The staff was warm and welcoming and issues were resolved in an expedient and pleasant fashion. Furthermore the location of the hotel makes it excellent for a short stay in Spa. We can truly recommend this hotel because it offers great value for its prices.

This is merely a personal preference. The matrasses are of the soft variety. Thus travellers who prefer hard matrasses might have a small issue. As mentioned this is a personal preference, but a good to know for others.

Nice villa with downsides

Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and beautiful. An old villa in the town of Spa with amazing interior. The quality of breakfast was great.

A few points disappointed me and made my stay unpleasant despite all positive points. The bathroom ventilation on my room did not work and instead made an annoying noise when I turned on the bathroom light. A constant pip. I mentioned it to the reception, but apparently they could not manage to repair it. The noice was totally nerve breaking. Another point: one day when we wanted to have breakfast, there was no table set with cutlery and so. No one was there to help us. Also not at the reception. Eventually we asked a couple who sat a a four persons table if we could take their two extra curries and dishes. We had two rooms. One was bright and had two windows, but the other one was very dark with one smal window. We barley saw sun light. Whenever we went to the other room (we were a part of four, thus had two rooms), we saw what a tremendous difference was between our dark room and their sunny room. Also the shower cabine was tasteless and very small. All this points made my stay less enjoyable and overpriced with this negative points. Although I loved this old villa style.

a pleasant property for an overnight stay in the UNESCO listed town of Spa

The Hotel Villa Fleur location and proximity to the central of Spa was perfect to enjoy the amenities of the town. The hotel car park was safe and secure and the actual hotel provided lift access to all floors. The Hotel personnel were all friendly and polite.

Room 16 although was pleasant is was a very small double which in reality was little more than an average single which the shower room reflected. Room 16 also overlooked the busy main street which at night was noisy.

Superb

The reception staff was very helpful and nice! She heard we were going to the Thermes de Spa (the spa center in town) and immediately offered us tickets to the funicular, free towels and bath robes. She also offered us directions and a great recommendation for dinner. What a treat! The room (overlooking the garden) was very spacious and felt luxurious. The breakfast was very decent and balanced. Overall an amazing experience staying at this hotel!
