Beautiful property, excellent location just poor communication from the agency.
A beautifully presented property with tasteful fixtures and fittings. Stunning views and comfortable beds. Bonus of an off street parking space was welcome and the high street with great restaurants and the beach in walking distance.
The thing that let this down was communication from booking. Com and the property management. We had no heating for a day and night on a very cold January evening and day. I left numerous messages, as I could not get to speak with anyone. It took til 10am the following morning to actually speak to support. The heating was fixed at 1pm . Even the emergency number was not answered. You really do need to resolve this as it is such a shame and I appreciate that this may happen with heating during winter. Maybe ask staff to check during change over and check your gas certificate as it was dated 2022.

Lovely views and a nice building.
Loveley location in a fantastic building with lots of history nice clean rooms with lovely decor. The views were stunning and a great location for the beach and local shops.
The sash windows in need of a strip down and new parting beads and stop beads need replacing as they are draughty and rattle in the wind. Internal secondary glazing would be better than the shutters installed and curtains for privacy this would also help keep heating costs down.
