Amazing location with rooftop views over Arezzo

Tastefully furnished modern interior in wonderful old building, amazing location (stone's throw from Piazza Grande), rooftop terrace views breathtaking. Host was quick to respond to queries to help sort problems.

Not quite as clean as I'd have liked (but I am quite fussy) - several hairs in bedroom - floor and bedding - and shower, which was a bit unpleasant. Broken toilet seat. Lack of bedding (one flat sheet that slipped off so lying on bare mattress), and not spare covers and quite chilly at night. But host answered message quickly next day and was able to get extra sheets to put on bed.

A fantastic appartment in one of the most beautiful cities of Italy

We had a fantastic short stay at ‘La Torre di Burgunto’. Our flat was very elegant, spacious and comfortable: a stunning refurbished apartment in a historic building very close to ‘piazza Grande’, the most beautiful square of Arezzo. What makes this flat unique is its modern style combined with authentic and antiques architectural elements. Very clean and welcoming, excellent value for money. Totally recommended.

I would recommend it but with a warning of the difficulties with the narrow stairs.

It was great located and the manager was always responding very quickly and being very accommodating. It was newly renovated and very clean. It had a nice terrace with a beautiful view.

There were many narrow stairs and a steep climb without railings. We could manage it but with suitcases this wasn’t easy.

Luxurious apartment right next to the Grand Piazza.

We were very impressed with this accommodation - it definitely gave a luxury feel, in terms of the design, style and attention to detail, overall quality. It's a beautifully renovated period property with beams in the ceiling and very beautiful arch windows. The place was just a few meters from the grand square but still very quiet. This apartment had an exclusive use of a nice roof terrace with amazing views over the old town. Very easy checkin process and probably the best accommodation we have stayed ever (and we have stayed in a lot of places and experienced travellers). We wish we could have stayed more nights here and wish other accommodations were of this standard. Well done!

Great, Comfortable Apartment just a few steps from main square

The apartment is lovely! Comfortable, great taste in decoration, great bathroom, everything brand new!. Breakfast was not included but they kindly left croissants, coffee and tea for us to help ourselves. It's 15mts from Arezzo's Piazza Grande. Unbelievable! We stayed 2 nights but wanted to extend our stay!!! Thanks

The location was excellent. All IKEA/IKEA-like furniture, clean and new-looking.

The bed was not very comfortable. The check-in process was not well explained and there was confusion over the check-in code and the door keycode and it's not ideal when these arrangements are only notified 2 days before, when one may already be travelling.

The most beautiful apartment

The most beautiful apartment we have ever stayed in, in a perfect location. The terrace is beyond words, you have to see it and experience it there. The entrance to the accommodation is directly opposite Guido's shop from the film "Life is beautiful". Communication with the owner is quick and extremely informative. I can only recommend this great apartment to everyone.

Fab location, nicely renovated and charming apartment, fab view of the town and overall great value

Location fab! Communication and check-in and out super easy. Lovely renovated old premises, quiet, amazing terazzo view, kitchen great as well as welcome treats and coffee/tea. Lighting was great, it is clear a lot of investment and detail went into the design and renovation of the apartment. Super cosy and charming place, but a bit impractical perhaps for long(er) stays.

Bathroom small, and for a typical luxury apartment, it lacked bathrobes and house slippers. Cleanliness was so-so. There was a big (seemingly) blood stains above the bed, and found hair and other stains in bathroom. For the big investment that it clearly took to renovate an old building to that high standard of design and furnishing, the living-room carpet was synthetic and unpleasant to the touch/to walk or sit on. The kitchen elements shook and made a lot of noise when turning on the espresso machine but that is probably because it isn't easy to attach/install new kitchens into such old houses, despite best renovation efforts. Lovely place, totally recommended, but a few of the above things if improved would make the accommodation a 10-star rating instead of 9 which I give now.

Wonderful host, great location, lovely apartment.

The location is so close to everything. Just off the Piazza Grande. The rooftop terrace is an amazing bonus, especially at sunset. Diletta was so communicative and helpful. She gave us suggestions for restaurants that were fantastic. The parking garage they have an agreement with is close and at 10 euros a day it was very reasonable and the attendant was super friendly.

If you are planning on cooking, the kitchen is not really set up for that, but who cooks when there are so many amazing restaurants in town?

Excellent communication through text, no problems at all. Apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and very central. Many lovely shops, restaurants and places to see.

A hanging rail in the upstairs bedroom would be useful. Bathroom in eaves so no standing shower in one bedroom.
