A comfortable stay in a unique setting.

Comfortable apartment in a historic building within easy walking distance of the main attractions. As the evenings were cool, we appreciated the heating system.

It was well appointed, with lovely antique furniture and decorations and we enjoyed our stay, but there was a slightly musty smell, perhaps because it rained quite heavily while we were there.

AMAZING!!! Such a special place. The most ideal old town Arezzo apartment. Truly gorgeous space that’s practical & very safe/secure. We loved it here so much. Also, we arrived by train kind of late at night and were met by the host in person without any problems - he was extremely kind and helpful! The Free coffee there was such an amazing touch of hospitality. Wish more places in Europe would do this.

Lovely apartment in a lovely city

The apartment is in close walking distance to everything, but in a quiet spot outside of the busy parts of the city. It had great character and was nice and clean. Enzo responded promptly and greets you at the apartment to show you around. In all, I enjoyed my stay here and my time in Arezzo.

Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable so I was unable to get much sleep. You also need to be careful on the stairs.

Really nice apartment in the old town

It is situated on a main street which leads to the main square only in 5 mins. It has really everything you need, fully equipped, very cute, the owners advised us where to park the car for free ( parcheggio Pietri), which is 700 meters walk, there is a paid parking which is in 300 m. The owner is very kind. We definitely recommend it.

Nice cozy apartment

Nicely decorated apartment, had a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher as well!) and a big bathroom.

Please do show as soon as the guest is there , where the electric switch to open the only window is in the flat . Also leave spare pillow cases and bed sheet under/ in the sofa bed as some/ or two people can decide at the last minute to sleep in different beds Unfortunately early in the morning the cars noice from the the street is too loud

Exceptional

This little apartment was not just right in the middle of town in an old town house but so beautifully refurbished and decorated, we felt like royalty. Host Enzo met us there after allowing us to check in two hours early. A thoroughly wonderful little palace that I would happily have paid twice as much for. Wonderful!

Tutto bellissimo

Tutto...non cambierei nulla! Aggiungerei solo una TV in caso uno voglia rimanere a casa una sera, fa compagnia.

L' unica cosa e' che essendo su strada, in pieno centro, la notte quando passa un qualsiasi mezzo o i ragazzi si sente un po' di rumore, ma se non da fastidio, e' perfetto in tutto.

Non dipende dall'host, ma essendo locato sulla via della movida il sabato fuori ci sono festaioli transumanti che passano schiamazzando o con musica ad alto volume fino a tardi.

エンツォさんはものすごく温かく優しい方でした。部屋の鍵を室内に置き忘れてドアを閉めて出てしまった時も、日曜日なのにすぐに駆けつけて下さいました。部屋も綺麗で全て揃っていて快適でした。メイン広場や駅までのアクセスにもとても便利な場所でした。

Ottima posizione in centro storico di Arezzo

Cortesia e disponibilità del proprietario, posizione del b&b , vicinissimo ai ristoranti e alle principali attrazioni. L'appartamento, ben scaldato, con cucina, aveva il comfort necessari.

Non ho rilevato aspetti negativi. Consiglierei al più di mettere la TV e una macchinetta da caffè espresso a cialde, ormai diffuse. Ma questi sono cque dettagli di poco conto.

Appartamento in pieno centro! Confortevole!

L'appartamento è in pieno centro ad Arezzo, veramente comodo per visitare la città e i mercatini nel periodo natalizio. Super pulito e confortevole.

Il materasso del letto è veramente duro e basso, aggiungerei inoltre piccoli comodini per poggiare qualcosa sul soppalco, anche per caricare il cellulare e non metterlo a terra.

Enzo è stato molto disponibile sia per il check in che check out, struttura pulita, cucina con tutto il necessario con lavastoviglie, salviette comprese doccia ampia, wifi gratuito.

Purtroppo,non per colpa di Enzo, ed essendo sabato sera , ci sono stati molti schiamazzi di ragazzi in strada fino a tarda notte. Durante il giorno zona tranquilla.

Soggiorno molto piacevole e confortevole, tenuto conto di tutto ottimo per un breve soggiorno.

l'accoglienza di Enzo è stata cordiale e piacevole. Anche le comunicazione è stata molto chiara e fluida. Raggiungere l'alloggio è stato altrettanto facile data la vicinanza del parcheggio circa 5 min. a piedi.

Mooi, stijlvol appartement in de oude stad van Arezzo. Niet ver van de snelweg dus ideaal als je op doorreis bent maar o

Sfeervol, ruim, comfortabel appartement in het oude centrum van Arezzo. Ik ga hier zeker terugkomen, voor zowel het appartement als de plaats zelf. Gastvrij host.

Voor mij was het bed iets aan de harde kant maar heb goed geslapen. Voor mijn partner was het juist een niet te hard. Omdat het in de oude stad ligt, kun je er niet in de straat parkeren, echter op loopafstand is er voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

La posizione è ottima e anche l'ordine e l'attrezzatura in casa. Anche host molto disponibile e gentile

Impossibile dormire sul letto matrimoniale che si trova sul soppalco. Troppo scomodo con notevoli problemi alla schiena e alla cervicale, visto che si tratta di un letto giapponese poggiato su un asse di legno. SI consiglia vivamente di cambiare il tipo di letto e di metterno uno occidentale, oppure di specificare di che tipo di letto si tratta, così che chi ha problemi di schiena sappia a cosa vada incontro. Tant'è che abbiamo dovuto dormire sul divano.

Bravo Enzo

La struttura è munita di lavastoviglie ed è molto pulita. Il Wifi funziona perfettamente ed è molto veloce. Cucina e bagno molto moderni, decorazioni di classe in tutta la casa.

C'è poca luce, con soltanto una piccola finestra in alto. Nella zona soppalcata si rischia di sbattere la testa sul soffitto
