It's ok for one night
Location, a few steps from the centre of centro storico, and an amazing rosticceria outside the porta Sant Lorentino, a must go.
No parking inside centro storico or close to it. The need to use 4 keys to get inside your accommodation, if you are drunk, good luck to open all doors. 😉. The building is ok. I'll stay again only at a discounted price.

Very nice and clean property close to the city center of Arezzo. The host was very nice and gave us great tips for sightseeing and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Tutto ottimo consigliato
Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile ci ha dato molte informazioni su luoghi ristoranti ed attrazioni. È stato perfetto per un soggiorno di Due notti per visitare i mercatini di Natale al centro. Viaggiavamo con due bambini, c'è da fare solo una rampa di scale, con possibilità di lasciare passeggini al piano terra. Due sono i parcheggi presenti fuori dalla Ztl, uno gratis a tre minuti a piedi per un massimo di 2 ore, comodo per scaricare i bagagli, ed un altro 10 minuti a piedi, a 3 euro al giorno.
Tutto molto bene, forse l'arredamento risulta un po' scarno ma sinceramente ci interessava il giusto...

Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasteczka oraz okolicy.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, przemiły opiekun - który był bardzo pomocny i polecił parę aktracji na miejscu! W mieszkaniu chłodno, miejsce tylko na nocleg ;)

Liegt super zentral . Alles vorhanden . Große zwei Räume .Sensationelle Pizzeria nebenan mit fairen Preisen . Netter Host Mein Fahrrad war sicher im Abstellplatz im Haus untergebracht .
