Perfect self-catering spot

Carefully prepared with everything that we could need for a self-catering stay, we cooked for four days and lacked nothing. The location inside the city walls makes for an authentic Arezzo experience. We needed two separate beds, and the sleeper couch was comfortable. The code for entry is a perfect touch because it meant that we didn't need to worry about where the keys were.

NEVER AGAIN ARROGANT HOST VERY VERY NOISY

Arrogant host .....10 emails before check- in . People on the road cannot be bothered by bureaucratic inefficient system , it is useless and taking time .

The place is situated on an entry of the city . Road on three sides of the guest house so traffic can be fully 'enjoyed ' , neighbors talking , dogs barking and others noises 24/24 . We travel often in Italy for work and rest at night is very important , not here , impossible to have a quilt night . Money is spent on laundry machine , dish washer and plastic plants instead of making the place sound proof . Hot outside and airco not working . Owner is not capable of using modern communication system . Avoid this place , enough places with quality service can be found around . Uncomfortable bath-tub shower .

The location. The property is situated inside the old city wall. It is a few minutes walk to all major attractions. The property is well equiped, clean and comfortable.

Ottima la posizione. Siamo stati bene come fosse casa. Gradita la bottiglia d’acqua all’arrivo. Se dovessimo tornare ad Arezzo e dintorni sicuramente prenoteremo di nuovo a San Clemente House. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l’Host. Diedi e lode

L'alloggio è molto accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario,la posizione è ottima per visitare il centro a piedi e la possibilità di parcheggiare davanti alla casa è top!

Il fatto che ci fosse la macchinetta per il caffè,ma nemmeno una capsula !!!🤔Sarebbe una piccola gentilezza 😊

San Clemente House

Struttura molto carina, comodissima per due persone. Al primo piano camera da letto e bagno, al piano terra soggiorno cucina con un divano. La posizione è veramente molto comoda. Posizione all' interno delle mura ma non ZTL.

Bella casetta ad Arezzo

La pulizia, il check-in automatico molto efficiente e le molte comodità : frigo grande, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, etc. Non mancava nulla.

La difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio, di sabato e domenica credo sia molto più difficile che in settimana. La macchina del caffè da manutenere o sostituire con una più moderna a cialde. La non possibilità di gestire il riscaldamento autonomamente (molto gentile la persona che risponde sempre al numero di telefono ma sarebbe meglio renderlo autonomo.

Appartamento organizzato e pulito

Appartamento strutturato su due piani, pulito e dotata di tutti i comforts che sono necessari. Parcheggio possibile proprio davanti alla casa ed ottima posizione: il centro storico di Arezzo e' raggiungibile a 10\15 minuti a piedi. Accesso all'appartamento tramite codice, e' necessario solo ricordarsi di fare il check-in il giorno prima

Hermoso lugar!!

Todo. El lugar es amplio, cuenta con 2 plantas y es precioso, la cama es como para 2 personas. El lugar está cuidado y tiene de todo, lavadora, detergente, incluido una plancha. Muy cerca del casco histórico de Arezzo. Volvería sin duda a hospedarme ahí. Tiene un ambiente muy íntimo y cálido.

Todo fue perfecto en mi estancia.

Vše proběhlo absolutně bez problémů. Majitel má výborně zpracované pokyny pro check-in. Velká výhoda jsou dveře na PIN. Nemuseli jsme tak řešit žádné klíče. Zaparkovat se vždy povedlo přímo před apartmánem. Za nás maximální spokojenost.
