SWEET TUSCANY is a lovely holiday home located in the historic center of Arezzo.
Three apartments wisely renovated and complete with every comfort to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The apartments of Sweet Tuscany are located in a small building, within the walls of the old city of Arezzo, completely renovated and renovated with taste and elegance, each apartment can accommodate up to six people, all houses have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one in the bedroom and kitchen, fully equipped to guarantee a special and exclusive stay for all our guests. A few steps from any comfort for those who want to experience the true heart of the ancient Etruscan city, close to major points of historical and architectural interest, a few steps from the best restaurants and shops for those who love shopping, can also be an excellent base for those who want to move by car being close to countless places and cities such as Valdihiana, Cortona and Lake Trasimeno which is located on the border with Umbria.

The apartment was great. plenty for room for a family with 3 bedrooms. there was a nice kitchen with tea and coffee. The location was great, in old town with easy walking access to all of the historical areas. It is very hilly so be ready to do some climbing. The apartment was on the 3rd floor with a narrow steep stairway. The Manager Fabio was more than happy to help me with my bags to get them up to the unit. there was a nice little balcony and easy walk even with my luggage from the train station.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was very comfortable. Check in and parking were made very easy with the help of Abdo and he was very helpful during our stay. Arezzo is a wonderful place to visit.

The apartment is in an excellent location, just inside the city's walls and 10 minutes walk to free parking. The apartment itself is quite nice. The rooms are nicely sized, the bed is comfortable, and the outside area is lovely (along with the two cats). The owner answers questions quickly. I would caution anyone considering going in October that the apartment is quite cold and there is no way to do anything about that since there is no heat at that time of the year. The shower is modern, but it changes often between hot and cold. In addition, the kitchen could use better lighting. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves greatly in Arezzo and we left a bit frozen!

The location of the flat was great. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and attractions. Train station is near but far to walk if you have big luggage with you. The flat has all the necessary essentials but needs some TLC. There are 48 narrow steps to get to the unit so be prepared. The trash can and mop bucket in the kitchen were extremely dirty and with a very bad odors. I had to wash the trash can and buy some Space odor control tablets. The floors were also dirty. However. Everything else was Clean. The host will respond to messages rapidly.

A well-kept apartment. Clean and tidy with many of the modern conveniences a family requires. Only a 10-minute walk from Centro. Very friendly host, and directly downstairs from the apartment was convenient. Be prepared for lots of stairs, but we were able to drop luggage at the door and then park a short 6-minute walk in free parking. 3 small criticisms: 1. A bit pricey for where it was. 2. The upstairs bedroom is really only suitable for kids as the roof is super low. 3. If you have a washing machine, you need to have a clotheshorse available, it didn't.

We were 6 adults and were comfortable in the apartment in Arezzo. The place was clean and the location was right in the middle of the center of the town. Loved our stay!

The apartment was perfect for our family group and was in a great location. It contained all of the facilities that we needed and was very comfortable, despite the 3 flights of stairs. Would definitely stay here again.

We came to Arezzo to visit our friend's daughter who was there with the University of Oklahoma for a 5 week work/study program. The village of Arezzo is wonderful, it's a very charming place with lots of wonderful shops and restaurants and the natives were beautiful, friendly people. Our stay at Fabio's apartment was perfect. The apartment is light and bright with beautiful accommodations throughout. The apartment is very clean and provided enough space for us all to be able to spread out and relax. If you are visiting Arezzo and want a great place to stay in the heart of the old part of the town of Arezzo check out this apartment.

We couldn’t have been more pleased. Fabio was immediately responsive & even made sure we were comfortable walking up stairs with our 86 yr old mother. And Abdo was constantly helpful and attending to our requests. They were both outstanding. The property was even more beautiful than the photos. The people & place are a rare find.

The location is wonderful and the hosts were charming and helpful. The flat is on the third floor, which we hadn’t realised - and which made carrying cases up and down stairs (for a one night stay) very challenging. The flat is lovely and we really enjoyed the stay. My only two call outs would be that (1) the air conditioning wasn’t really up to dealing with the extreme heat that Arezzo has experienced this summer; and (2) as the third bedroom is on a mezzanine, it’s not possible to stand up straight in places (I’m 164cm) and the air conditioning doesn’t reach the room. Overall though, a lovely stay in a lovely flat in a lovely city.

Our stay at Fabio's could not have been better. The large and spacious apartment is beautifully decorated and appointed with everything you could need. There was yogurt and milk in the fridge and coffee for the week, as well as pastry surprises several times from Fabio's bakery! Our group of 3 women found it to be the best location, everything within walking distance of the beautiful old town. Fabio and his team couldn't have been more responsive and welcoming, as well as available for any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay there again!
