The holiday home is located on the first floor of this completely restored building, equipped with every comfort and facility. The house consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a washing machine, a large relaxation area with 2 double sofa beds and a large living room with a large full kitchen and a dining area. maximum capacity 8 people. On the same floor there is a private and completely green roof garden of about 300 square meters. The best experience is to have breakfast barefoot on the large reserved lawn and relax in the cool of the interiors. The large kitchen with dining area guarantees an excellent opportunity to organize lunches and dinners with friends in great fun and the living room equipped with soft sofas that transform into two double beds allow you to rest in complete tranquility.
