Ideal central apartment for a quick stay in Arezzo

Super spacious apartment in the centre of Arezzo, with a small outside space and air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room. Kitchen was well equipped, everything very clean and we were able to leave our bags after checkout

Not the best coordination or communication to receive the keys when we arrived so we were left waiting while the right member of the family (I suppose?) came to check us in

Perfect stay in Arezzo

Very nice apartament with fully equiped kitchen. All windows are soundproof, so you don't hear antyhing in the bedroom and it's great to have a good night sleep. As it is on the second and last floor, there is no one above you to make noise. They have a great regional restaurant in the ground floor. A must go. Very good bathroom and tv/dining room too. Classic style (as we love) and all renovated. Air conditioning in the room and bedroom. Without it is impossible in the summer. Erika receptioned us very well. Location is perfect.

Actually a suggestion and not that I did not like: if there were another hanger in the bathroom for another towel would be perfect. Everything is great. Could also live there.

Good place for a night or two in the centre of beautiful Arezzo

The location is the best thing about this property. It is right at the heart of Arezzo. The owner is kind and helpful. He helped us arrange a convenient parking and accepted our dogs. The place is clean. It is perfect for a night or two.

The appartment is long, narrow and dark, as all the windows are small and most of them have got walls in front of them. The aircon is in the central part, so cool air does not reach the bedrooms. There are steps inside the appartment and to get to it, so people with reduced mobility may have problems.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Arezzo

A great place to stay when visiting this gorgeous city. The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood just 5 minutes away (walking distance) from the main piazza and all main attractions in Arezzo. The rooms are big and spotless clean. I strongly recommend this place to anyone that will like to visit this magnificent city of Arezzo.

Sinceramente, mi sono trovata benissimo. Tutto super, dall’accoglienza alla posizione centralissima, alle dotazioni in asset dell’appartamento, ristrutturato recentemente, alla cortesia dei locali vicini.

L'appartamentino è curato e dotato di tutto quanto occorra per una trasferta. Si trova nello spettacolare centro di Arezzo e nei pressi, oltre al ristorante, ci sono tanti localini. Lo consiglio!
