Un po' di cattivi odori provenienti da un bagno in alcuni momenti della giornata... L'atrio d'ingresso a volte senza luce... Due rampe di scale un po' ripide...ma in palazzi antichi e' la normalita'...

Al centro di Arezzo, letteralmente dentro ai mercatini di Natale. Casa molto pulita, spaziosa, ben arredata e adatta anche per un soggiorno un po' più lungo con cucina attrezzata. Letti comodi.
Essendo al centro del centro durante le feste,il parcheggio non era sotto casa, ma Arezzo è molto ben organizzata ed è stato facile parcheggiare all'esterno ed arrivare in centro con percorso fatto da scale mobili
