Residence Le Gagli arde

The apartment is well equipped for a short stay and tourism, located close to the train station and an easy walk to the historic center. We were welcomed by the owner with a bottle of wine and water and the owner was receptive and helpful. The place was clean and quiet.

The apartment is advertised as having a sauna and hot tub as a special feature but it doesn’t say that there is a charge of €15 per person to use it and we have to book it in advance. There are other apartments and as women we didn’t feel very comfortable because the people in the apartment close to ours seemed to sleep with open doors and were going through our front to go to theirs. It says there’s a terrace but none of the spaces outside the apartment are private so we didn’t use them. The shower would turn hot and cold randomly which made each shower a bit of a game. Other than those details, we enjoyed our stay

Great location. The garden felt like an oasis in the city. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly. Hope to return and stay here again!
