Very spacious and historic apartment, that is very attractive and updated with the latest modern conveniences. Linens were provided. Teresa and Salvatore responded very quickly when we needed something and could not have been nicer. We enjoyed conversing with them and learning about the area. Fully equipped kitchen. Lovely patio to sit outside, with nice view of countryside. Very private (Long driveway with gate and walled in property.) La Toretta (5 minute drive) had excellent food. Property has an olive grove on site. Pictures on booking site are accurate representation of property.
Property was some distance from the areas we planned to visit in Tuscany. If closer to central Tuscany would have rated it higher. No place locally to walk. Only one restaurant near the property (5 minutes away)(La Toretta). Restaurant only open for dinner from Thursday - Saturday. Can hear high-speed trains in the distance at certain times of the day, although not very noisy. The sofa in the living room should be replaced.

The property is exactly as per the pictures. It’s very beautiful. It’s clean and was stocked with everything we needed for the stay. The owners were very kind and helpful. It’s a short drive into Arezzo and was perfectly located for us.
