Quando si riesce a trovare disponibile perchè è sempre super richiesta, è la certezza di avere un soggiorno perfetto.

Tutto ok, appartamento ristrutturato e con tutte le comodità, propritari gentili.

L appartamento ampio molto comodo e ben rifinito con tutti i confort, ottima la posizione e proprietari molto attenti e gentili.

Forse la parte esterna del condominio non proprio carina, ma comunque non importante per il soggiorno. Per il resto tutto ottimo.

Есть запах старого дома. Но это во всем старом городе. Рядом стройка, поэтому на террасу не выйдешь. Очень пыльно.

Vanessa gentilissima La casa in posizione comoda per noi che siamo arrivate in treno e vicinissima al centro Arredi nuovi camere e bagno grandi

Purtroppo la casa odorava di pesce perché i precedenti ospiti probabilmente hanno usato la cucina per questo alimento non pulendo in modo corretto Accanto al palazzo c’è un grande cantiere

Alojamiento cómodo, amplio y muy céntrico. La anfitriona Francesca estuvo siempre atenta, brindándonos información detallada antes y después de nuestra llegada.

Actualmente, junto al alojamiento hay una obra en construcción. Aunque el lugar está bien insonorizado, es inevitable que se perciba algo de ruido. Además, la habitación contigua al baño presenta un olor particular que no logramos identificar; sería conveniente revisarlo para que la estancia resulte aún más agradable

Tutto. Centralissima e comoda per la stazione. Luminosa sebbene al primo piano rialzato. Evidentemente nuova. Arredata con gusto. Wi Fi. Caffè. Accogliente gentilissima e grande disponibilità della host.

Comfort e vicinanza al centro

Pulizia, dotazioni, ampiezza camere, vicinanza al centro ed ampio parcheggio recintato sotto casa, gratuito dopo le 20:30 (il giorno €.1,5/h).

Manca l'ascensore (una rampa di scale) e la lavastoviglie, ma tutto il resto compensa ampiamente.

Centrale, pulito e comodo

La struttura è composta da due camere matrimoniali di cui una con bel terrazzo, cucina e bagno. Si trova al primo piano di uno stabile in centro ad Arezzo. La casa è ben tenuta, di recente ristrutturazione con ogni comfort inclusa l’aria condizionata e le zanzariere. I letti sono comodi e la doccia è spaziosa.

Ho avuto difficoltà con il parcheggio che è piuttosto lontano ed a pagamento. Essendoci la festa del Saracino era sempre tutto pieno. Una bottiglia d’acqua può essere utile per un visitatore che arriva specialmente in estate.

Appartement spacieux, modern et comfortable. Très bien situé à 2 pas du centre. Supermarché à proximité. L'hôte nous a recommandé quelques restaurants ce qui était appréciable. Cuisine équipée et terrasse agréable pour l’apéro.

La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e carina, la Location ottima e l'appartamento è nuovo.

Non ho trovato comodo il letto matrimoniale nella camera che da sul terrazzo, per i miei gusti troppo morbido e i cuscini troppo alti o troppo bassi. Ma è una preferenza personale, per il resto tutto buono.

La posizione: in centro e a breve distanze dalle attrazioni principali. Pulizia: molto molto pulita Servizi: cameretta grandi, spaziose e dotate di tutto. Ampi armadi...accessori, sale, stoviglie, Caffè ecc in cucina, sapone e phon in bagno. Ferro da stiro. Un bel terrazzino. Parcheggi vicini di cui uno sotto l'appartamento. Supermecato e stazione vicini.

Dettagli.... Le scale un pò strette e ripide. Qualche prodotto in più in bagno, ad esempio una cuffia per capelli, sapone intimo e shampoo. Per chi pernotta qualche giorno in più potrebbe far comedo. In cucina abbiamo lasciato pulito ma forse uno sgrassatore avrebbe aiutato.

Meraviglioso e se posso l'anno prossimo ci ritorneremo, ma con qualche giorno in più.

La proprietaria è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, ha cercato in tutti i modi di aiutarmi nell' organizzazione del mio weekend. Mi ha consigliato un ottimo parcheggio vicino, diversi luoghi da visitare e dove mangiare. L' appartamento è situato in una zona bellissima e strategica di Arezzo. Consigliatissimo.
