This hotel is a true gem near Arezzo. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The homemade breakfast was a delightful treat, especially the delicious cakes! The large swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, cozy stay with excellent hospitality. Spacious grounds and lovely pool.

Very welcoming host. We could use a shared fridge and dine out in the grounds which were spacious. Great breakfast and lovely big pool. Easy parking and close to Arezzo centre.

We were a bit confused as to what the 'dining area' actually was. Not a private area but presumably tables outside the kitchen.

Relaxing week stay

Lovely hosts. Rooms, grounds and pool are kept impeccably clean. Fresh complimentary breakfast as well as snacks and coffee on demand. We did not expect our room to be serviced but it was daily nonetheless. Location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, but equally ideal for pure relaxation. Grazieee 😁.

Relaxing and lovely experience close to Arezzo

The breakfast was lovely, freshly baked cakes and pastries. bread, toasts, butter and various jams and even homemade confiture. Coffee , tea, water and sparkling water .Various of cheese and prosciutto, eggs on demand. Absolutely satisfying! Gabriella and her daughter were the perfect hosts, helping, smiling and made us feel at home. The surroundings are beautiful as is the pool area and the yard. We had a fantastic time.

Big and super clean swimming pool, decent room with everything you need. In addition, they prepare both sweet and salty breakfasts and all the cakes are home made! The family that owns the place is super friendly. Great experience.

This would be a great place to come with kids. We had a nice stay, and our hosts were very friendly, and even upgraded us to a bigger room. The pool was the high point.

Ottima scelta

Iniziare al mattino con la mamma della proprietaria che offre tante torte fatte in casa …. Ti fa sentire a casa …. A trovare degli amici che non vedi da tempo … Se chiedi , ti preparano anche la cena : semplice ma con prodotti del loro orto . Cucina salutare e gustosa .( noi abbiamo mangiato pici cacio e pepe , pici pomodori dell’orto , arista e fagiolini dell’orto . ) Non manca niente di quello che ti occorre in un lungo weekend . Se cerchi il lusso , la città caotica e il moderno allora non venire qua ! Qua c è pace , qualità della vita , accoglienza e piena campagna . Amanti degli animali . A 10/15 minuti da Arezzo . Se avremmo necessità di tornare in queste zone , faremo sosta nuovamente qua .

Ubicació tranquil·la als afores d'una petita localitat propera al Arezzo. Envoltada de natura i amb molts animals. Una família encantadora que et reb amb molt carinyo. Molta generositat, nevera on poder deixar el que et calgui i amb begudes per quan les necessitis. Molt bon esmorzar, abundant i amb pastissos casolans.

Super Lage, tolles Ambiente, aber wäre noch ausbaufähig.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, Großer Garten mit großem Pool, gutes Kuchenbufet den ganzen Tag sowie Kaffe.

Um diese Jahreszeit Anfang Oktober waren die Zimmer und auch der Frühstücksraum sehr kalt. Auch die Dusche sollte mal erneuert werden.

Kellemes szállás medencével.

A szálláson kedvesen fogadtak minket. Finom reggelit készítettek minden reggel, finom édes sütiket, tojást sajtot isteni bruschettát. Kávé fogyasztása korlátlan volt. A szoba tiszta volt és megfelelő nagyságú. A medence nagyon szép volt, nagy és tiszta. Imádtuk a kutyusokat is :)

Idéal pour visiter et se reposer

La situation proche d’arezzo, le domaine incroyable avec la piscine très grande. Le calme pour se reposer. La chambre (nous avions la suite avec terrasse) très grande et bien équipée. La gentillesse de toute la famille, leur accueil. PDJ tout fait maison !

Il luogo è incantevole ed i proprietari sono gentilissimi, accoglienti e disponibili! La stanza molto pulita, confortevole e curata. Ottima colazione a buffet (dolce e salato), molto abbondante e con dolci fatti in casa...davvero molto molto buoni!! Il B&b è comodo ed immerso nella natura, in un contesto molto rilassante e tranquillo...il giardino molto curato ed attrezzato, la piscina molto bella e pulita...tutto davvero splendido. Ci ritornerò sicuramente con la famiglia! Lo consiglio!

Un posto fantastico per chi cerca una vacanza in campagnia Toscana. Posizione strategica : essere in piena natura e in pochi km ad Arezzo. Lo staff accogliente e disponibile, le camere pulite in stile rustico toscano, bellissima piscina, il posto circondato di verde e pieno di animali come cani, gatti, galline, pecore e cavalli

Das Haus ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Toilette funtioniert nicht. Ich habe das geledet und mir wurde gesagt, dass bereits 3 Mal jemand hier war und der meinte, da kann man nichts machen. Ein Quartier ohne funtionierende Toilette geht gar nicht. Die Beleuchtung ist unzureichen, Lampen sind ausgebrannt - werden nicht ersetzt. Schade, das Haus hätte Potential wenn man investieren würde.

Toskana Rundreise

Wir hatten die Suite gebucht, die war sehr geräumig und hatte eine große Terrasse/Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Die ganze Familie ist äußerst bemüht und immer freundlich. Die Gartenanlage ist riesig. Es sind reichlich Parkplätze vorhanden und das Grundstück ist durch ein Tor gesichert.

In unserer Suite funktionierte die Toilettenspülung nicht so wie sie sollte, aber mit etwas Gewaltanwendung, die uns gezeigt wurde, ist das Wasser immer in den Spülkasten eingelaufen.
