Descriptif non conforme et tarif excessif

L'appartement est proche du centre ville à pied (une dizaine de minutes) en dehors des murailles.

L'appartement est situé en rez-de-chaussée d'immeuble et donne dans la cour intérieure d'un ensemble d'immeubles en périphérie d'Arezzo. Les rideaux sont tirés sur le descriptif de sorte qu'on ne voit pas l'extérieur. L'annonce indique 2 chambres, ce qui n'est pas le cas. Les "chambres" sont des coins nuit en enfilade sur une mezzanine donnant sur la pièce principale et n'ont donc aucune séparation (pas de portes). Les lampes de chevet sont rechargeables mais non rechargées (et sans les chargeurs adaptés). Tarif excessif (175€ pour une nuit). La note sur Booking (9) ne correspond pas à notre expérience. Peut-être les tarifs ont-ils été augmentés depuis ? 80 € la nuit serait raisonnable pour un appartement de ce type et par rapport au quartier. Les notes sur Booking sont fiables d'habitude.

Der Gastgeberin ist überhaupt nicht nett. Gleich bei unserer Ankunft beschwerte Sie sich über meine Hunde. Denn ich war mit drei Zwergschnauzern angereist. Obwohl Booking.com behauptete, dass die Wohnung haustierfreundlich sei und Hunde kostenlos übernachten dürften. Sie behauptete aber trotzdem, dass ich müsse eine zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr zahlen. Die Möbel seien nämlich haarig. Da der Schnauzer aber eine hypoallergene Hunderasse ist, war ich nicht bereit, Ihr Geld zu geben. Sie drohte mir, dass Sie mich suchen und ein großes Chaos anrichten würde, wenn die Wohnung nicht mehr so aussehen würde wie bei der Übergabe. Natürlich fand Sie nach unserer Abreise alles in Ordnung vor, sodass wir nichts mehr von Ihr hörten. Leider hat Sie mir mit diesem Gespräch die Laune verdorben. So sind wir nur geblieben, weil wir plötzlich keine andere Wohnung mehr in der Nähe gefunden haben.

Gli spazi, l'accoglienza, l'attenzione e la cortesia. Vincenzo e sua figlia hanno fatto più di quanto mi aspettassi per farmi stare bene nel loro B&B, rifornendomi addirittura del caffè che avevo finito. Sono stato veramente bene.

Struttura spaziosa, ben tenuta, pulizia ottima. Appartamento impeccabile. La struttura offre la possibilità di un soggiorno sereno in una zona tranquilla. L’accoglienza è stata eccezionale. Disponibilità e gentilezza di chi gestisce la struttura fanno sentire gli ospiti come a casa.
