B&B Panta Rei

Living conditions and attitide of personal were very good but... only until a strange conflict.

I spend 2 nights in BB Panta rei (Arezzo) 19 - 21 July. The conditions were very good. Also, communication with personal was very friendly... but only until one event. As it is extraordinary, I put correspondence with a lady who handled this BB. I asked about possibility to leave luggage for several hours after I have left BB. After denial, I sent a letter to the them. "I am shocked. There is long tradition that customer may leave baggage in last day free of charge. And it seems to me that there is no cloak room on train station. Think maybe you would invent some variant? Anyway I wii survive even with two my bags at temperature 33 or so. However content of my review in booking.com will depend on your final decision." I received an answer from the hotel lady: "The long tradition youre talking about doesnt exist. Eventually, its a service that the host gives to the customer as courtesy. In addition, its not that I dont want make you a favor, on the contrary its that I have other guests coming, so its impossibile for me to let you in to take your bags once theres other guests inside. The message you wrote is  is 100% a menace which booking will know about if you proceed with a bad review regarding a service Im not obliged to give you followed by a menace. Yesterday night you arrived at 21.15, which is way far later than my check in time, so I think Ive already and largely showed my kindness and care about my guests, since Ive waited for you for three hours having to change my personal life schedule in order to check you into the apartment. Im really disappointed in your behavior and words, and again, I cant disrespect other clients to try making a favor to another." It seems to me natural that a contents of my potential review would depend on this lady's action. Instead of final answer about possibility or impossibility to leave my luggage I received a personal attack.

Posizione vicino la stazione con comodi negozi nelle immediate vicinanze, cucina molto completa, c'era tutto quello di cui necessitavo, aria condizionata molto gradita, riposo assoluto, sopra la camera da letto c'è una terrazza, quindi di notte si sta bene. Molto gentili e premurosi i proprietari, Vincenzo ha consigliato anche come evitare le multe, visto che lì i vigili girano e l'ho constatao di persona.

il dover vedere la tv più che sentirla, c'era una nota che ho visto tardi che parla di vicini un pò pignoli ma, dato il volume già basso che tenevo, direi più paranoici,: comunque si sono annunciati in modo discreto. Qualche problemino con la scala per il piano camere, visti i gradini fitti e alti, ho dovuto tenere le scarpe per non combinare guai, ma è una cosa di secondaria importanza

La posizione era buona. Il signor Vincenzo è stato molto accogliente.

L'appartement est proche du centre ville à pied (une dizaine de minutes) en dehors des murailles.

L'appartement est situé en rez-de-chaussée d'immeuble et donne dans la cour intérieure d'un ensemble d'immeubles en périphérie d'Arezzo. Les rideaux sont tirés sur le descriptif de sorte qu'on ne voit pas l'extérieur. L'annonce indique 2 chambres, ce qui n'est pas le cas. Les "chambres" sont des coins nuit en enfilade sur une mezzanine donnant sur la pièce principale et n'ont donc aucune séparation (pas de portes). Les lampes de chevet sont rechargeables mais non rechargées (et sans les chargeurs adaptés). Tarif excessif (175€ pour une nuit). La note sur Booking (9) ne correspond pas à notre expérience. Peut-être les tarifs ont-ils été augmentés depuis ? 80 € la nuit serait raisonnable pour un appartement de ce type et par rapport au quartier. Les notes sur Booking sont fiables d'habitude.
