It was our Tuscan villa on the cheap the locals were friendly including the parents of the host who lived next door.
Location and the staff were very good left great instructors to get into place. Place was clean and comfortable
Local cat decided to make itself at home and even jumped through the barred window at one stage

La casa è pulitissima, grande abbastanza per un gruppo di 4-5 persone, e vicina a ottimi ristoranti (in particolare consiglio l'Officina del Gusto per la colazione!).

Ottimo soggiorno di lavoro in un appartamento con tutti i confort.
La posizione era eccezionale in quanto distava pochi minuti a piedi dall'Area Fiere e Congressi di Arezzo.
La porta di ingresso aveva la chiave un pò difettosa.

A parte un problemino con l'acqua calda(poi risolto in giornata),metterei qualcosina in più per la colazione:qualche cialda di caffè in più,un po' di polvere di caffè,e magari qualcosina da mangiare,e il Wi-Fi non sarebbe male

Casa accogliente e ben fornita di tutto il necessario. Comodo lo spazio esterno coperto anche per parcheggiare l'auto. Proprietaria gentile e molto disponibile.

Semplice e comoda
La casa è veramente carina e accogliente, nella periferia di Arezzo, il centro è raggiungibile in auto in pochi minuti. Sono presenti tutti gli utensili per cucinare e la biancheria per il bagno e i letti.
Consiglio di portare da casa invece tutti i prodotti per la pulizia sia personale che della casa (soprattutto se volete utilizzare lavatrice e lavastoviglie).
