A perfect getaway! Wish we could have spent more time here

The inside of the property is beautiful and nicely designed. It was a great location to stay in with a dog because of the open space around. It was also very convenient with a car and just a quick drive to the city center. The host was also incredibly kind and accommodating!

Comfortable apartment, easy in/out, good host communication.

We (husband/wife and adult son) arrived via car for a short, 1-night stay. The apartment was wonderful and has character! The location is just outside of the main town, which is what we wanted due to having a car. The parking is not directly by the apartment, but it is a very short walk from an open parking lot nearby. The inside was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. Even the sofa bed was more comfortable than normal. The owner was very accessible to answer our questions. I would recommend this apartment if you are traveling with a car.

Best apartment stay experienced in multiple European, Caribbean, South American countries, plus USA.

The apartment is outstanding in just about all aspects. The owner went out of his way to support our stay. We arrived by train with a rental car pick up at the end of our stay for further travel. Le Casette di Viola is situated about 5 kms from the city center. We travelled into Arezzo via bus (bus stop about 90 seconds away), Cost 1.50 euros. Returning at night via taxi, cost around 15.50 euros. The comfort and luxurious aspects far outweigh any perceived inconvenience of the location. The apartment is well worth it!

We feel at home. Perfect

The best accommodation we had in Italy. The house was perfectly equipped and newly renovated. There were a lot of options for breakfast, such as jam, sweet breads, toasted, biscuits, nutella, coffee maker with several coffee capsules. I stayed with a child and there was a tv with Disney+ children's drawings that made the difference. Air conditioning, washing machine. We felt at home in the accommodation. Would go back again!

Absolutely everything. Very kind host. He did everything in his power to make us feel at home. Always at our disposal with advice and answers to questions, but at the same time discreetly, without disturbing. The apartment is very beautiful, nicely furnished and equipped, but at the same time very practical. We had absolutely everything we needed. Everything in the apartment is of high quality. For a very long time, I haven't had an accommodation with such a good quality-price ratio. I strongly recommend if you want to stay in an apartment. We will definitely, if we have another chance, stay here again.

I have nothing negative to comment. Let's say that the distance to the center could be an inconvenience, which is why we didn't give the maximum for the location, but you can get there by car in 10 minutes or by bus, which we didn't use. As I said above, we will come back anytime, with pleasure, if we have another chance

Lovely place altogether!

The place is fantastic. I liked it so much that I wanted to extend my stay, unfortunately, it was already booked for many days ahead. Like other reviews say, the house is located on the road, so expect some noise from the cars during the day. It didn't bother me at all. I liked the feeling of not being in a remote area. Wifi was great. The place is charming, it is fully equipped with everything (AC, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) and is meticulously(!) maintained. It even has a small and beautiful terrace. It's a loft like place, with the bedroom and a terrace located one level above (a few easy stairs).

Comfort ed accoglienza assoluti per una piacevole tappa ad Arezzo

Appartamento perfetto: nuovo, pulito, accogliente, arredato con gusto, completo di ogni accessorio possibile ed attenzione per i dettagli. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro di Arezzo in meno di 10 minuti; disponibile parcheggio gratuito in zona a 50 mt. L’host è stato sempre disponibile, reattivo e gentile. Una location certamente consigliata!

Molto bella e super accessoriata

Casa bellissima, con travi in legno e volte in mattoni, ristrutturata da poco e super attrezzata (cucina con tutto l'occorrente, lavatrice, phon, ferro da stiro,ecc). Due televisori, uno di fronte al divano letto e l'altro al primo piano in camera. Molto gradito trovare in omaggio bevande fresche in frigo e tutto il necessario per la colazione (cialde per il caffè, thè, biscotti, merendine varie, fette biscottate con marmellate e Nutella). Un grazie ad Andrea, gentilissimo padrone di casa!

Un'accoglienza unica!

Tutto eccezionale: appartamento ristrutturato con molto gusto, pulito, comodissimo e fornito di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua e bevande fresche in frigo, nonché l'occorrente per la colazione del giorno dopo, non prevista: caffè, latte, fette biscottate, marmellate, merendine. Complimenti davvero ad Andrea, il proprietario, un host davvero unico per premura, gentilezza e simpatia! Un alloggio assolutamente da consigliare per visitare Arezzo e dintorni. Se ci troviamo in zona torneremo di sicuro.

Nulla, non ho trovato proprio nulla di negativo, a parte forse la mancanza di un parcheggio privato, ma non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare posto nel parcheggio pubblico a pochi passi dall'abitazione.

Semplicemente perfetto. L'alloggio va decisamente oltre le aspettative: curato, grande, dotato di tutti i comfort e soprattutto pulito. Oltre ciò c'è da aggiungere che l'host è una persona squisita che ti fa sentire veramente a casa.
