A lovely apartment, excellent value!

A well renovated, spacious apartment in an excellent location. Maria Paola is a kind host who made every effort to assist us. We especially appreciated her help on the last morning. I would definitely stay here again. Very good value considering the modest price.

I was not able to regulate the heating to make it a little warmer over night. There are spare blankets provided which helped somewhat.

Beautiful modern apartment, with excellent amenities, close to restaurants and the important sights

Appartamento Mariapaola is a modern, beautiful apartment on a quiet street. It is tastefully furnished, has all the amenities; the kitchen is well stocked with whatever you need to cook or eat, the furniture is modern. There are TVs in both bedrooms as well as one in the living room. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is roomy. Heating / air conditioning is plentiful. There is a restaurant and a deli - food market at the end of the block, and another restaurant a block over from them. It is within walking distance to the sights like the Duomo the Bishop's Palace / Museum (which is an incredible palace full of frescoes), the Vasari House Museum, Museum of Medieval and Modern Art, etc., as well as the Basilica of San Francesco with the Della Francesca frescoes.

Everything... it was spotless, gorgeous quirky touches, great location, close to everything. comfy beds gorgeous linens, everything was good quality it was exceptional as was Maria she was an absolutely fantastic host, even drove us to the station above and beyond. Easy access and smooth transaction highly highly recommend!

beautiful, clean and great location

the location was very convenient for all the main sites and walkable from the train station. extremely well equipped with everything you might need. Great shower and the whole apartment was very clean. we were very grateful for the early check in.

as expected in a central location some noise from the street outside but generally quiet and neighbours in the building were very quiet on a morning.

The apartment was excellent with every convenience and very helpful owners

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and was in a quiet location - though only yards away from the house of Vasari The owner was extremely helpful and we had a very comfortable stay.

The location was up a hill and the only close shop come restaurant was down the hill, overpriced as a shop and whilst it was ‘OK’ as a restaurant it contained what must have been the rudest and most inefficient waiter in Italy. Not the fault of the owner obviously but just a fact to have in mind

The apartment was extremely well equipped, and the pots and pans were great. Location was good and access was easy. Mariapaola was quick to respond to questions.

There was a heatwave and without air conditioning the apartment was very hot. The fans helped a bit.

Living area is quite small so not enough comfortable seating for four but fine for 2. Other rooms a good size. Windows look on to narrow street so no view but street is quiet.

Everything about the apartment is top notch. From the first moment of walking into the place we felt at home. Everything is there for you, tea, coffee oils etc. even disposable gloves. It is spotlessly clean. Mariapaola is a great hostess and very communicative. If we could give this apartment an 11 we would. Well done - we will return!

One of the best stays ever!

We stayed for two weeks and it felt like being home. Everything you need is there - kitchen is more than fully equipped, wonderful bathroom and shower, clean cozy rooms. Apartment is warm (during our stay it was cold outside). Location is perfect - in the very centre, but it is really quiet. One of the best stays ever. Highly recommended!

Exceptional

We loved this appartement! It's very cozy, beautifully decorated and clean! MariaPaola, the owner, has paid attention in every detail! The kitchen was fully equipped and there were also plenty coffee capsules, tea bags of several flavors, olive oil etc. There were 2 smart TVs in the apartment, one in the living room and one in our bedroom. In the shower there was hydromassage function and in addition the heating system of the house was very nice. The apartment is located in the heart of the city but also very close to a free parking. MariaPaola was very kind and helpful and she let us have a late check-out as there was no reservation of the apartment the day we left, she also gave us a map of the city and a list of some nice restaurants in Arezzo. We would absolutely recommend it! It really exceeded our expectations!

Quasi perfetto

Il soggiorno è stato ottimo. L'appartamento si trova a circa cinque minuti a piedi dal Duomo, a due passi dalla Casa del Vasari e a poche centinaia di metri dai luoghi di maggiore interesse della città. Arezzo non è molto grande ed è facilmente visitabile, interamente a piedi, in due-tre giorni. L'appartamento era fornito di tutto il necessario, la pulizia eccellente, ottimo il riscaldamento. Abbiamo soggiornato per la fine dell'anno e, fuochi d'artificio a parte, non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore. E' perfetto per chi, come noi, cercava la tranquillità ed il silenzio per rigenerarsi.

Avremmo gradito incontrare la proprietaria dell'appartamento. Purtroppo, ormai il check in è diventato quasi ovunque virtuale, a distanza, ma questo non favorisce più il contatto umano. Forse la signora avrà avuto delle buone ragioni per non essere presente al nostro arrivo, ma considerato che siamo giunti poco dopo pranzo, e non in tarda serata o di notte, sarebbe stato bello conoscere la proprietaria personalmente e non solo tramite SMS. Questa è l'unica cosa che non abbiamo apprezzato, ma questo non toglie che la signora Mariapaola si è comunque informata su come stesse procedendo il soggiorno. Grazie.

Piacevolissimo soggiorno nel cuore di Arezzo

Appartamento finemente ristrutturato in un palazzo storico del centro. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare tutti gli accessori a disposizione, dai cerotti e il disinfettante in bagno alle cialde di caffè e tutto il necessario per poter utilizzare la cucina. Proprietaria cortese, istruzioni chiare.

Nulla. Bisogna però sapere che l'appartamento essendo nel centro storico è in zona Ztl e questo può rendere molto scomodi i check-in e check-out dovendo trasportare per alcune centinaia di metri le valigie.

Bellissimo soggiorno

La casa è perfettamente arredata con attenzione enorme ai particolari come per esempio un piccolo kit di pronto soccorso in vano del bagno. Calda, pulitissima, ad un passo dalla piazza principale ma fuori dal caos dei mercatini. I gestori gentilissimi. Il prezzo più che onesto. Solo un piccolo piccolo appunto che non cambia la mia idea e la mia valutazione. Sarebbero da mettere gli asciugamani per l'igiene intima e un tappetino per uscire dalla doccia. Ma è comunque un dettaglio irrilevante. Il mio voto è 10

Αν μετακομίζαμε στην Πάρμα ,το σίγουρο είναι ότι θα θέλαμε να αγοράσουμε αυτό το διαμέρισμα. Στο ιστορικό κέντρο της Πάρμα ,πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα,βγαλμένο από άλλη εποχή. Έχει τα πάντα από εξοπλισμό που έχεις και στο σπίτι σου.
