We liked it and would come again

Very nice flat with enough space. Nicely furnished. The layout with the partly separated kitchen area is great. The place is great to explore the city. Self Check in did work perfectly!

Very central location, perfect for walking to attractions, restaurants/ cafes and shops

Very central location, within 10 mins of many places to eat and some of the main attractions. It made walking everywhere very easy. The host was very helpful when we got lost finding the car park. If you follow his directions to the T it's not difficult. Very clean apartment.

The shower was a bit luke warm after 5 mins and the sofa bed would be more comfortable with a mattress cover.

The only thing it liked was coat hangers! Everything else was perfect.

Homey feel in a prime location

We spent 9 nights here and overall, the apartment had everything we needed for both a short or long stay. We loved how spacious it was, it has a large bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe. While the bathroom wasn’t our favorite size, we understand that in the historical center, this kind of space is quite a gem. The apartment truly has it all, and the kindness and professionalism of the host made our stay even better. Christian was responsive, polite, and always available if we needed anything. Honestly, we couldn’t find any major faults. The mattress was a bit too soft for our preference, but that’s a personal thing, we usually prefer something firmer. The interior design felt a bit too busy for our taste, with quite a few IKEA-style details that made it feel more like someone else’s home than a premium rental, but that’s purely a matter of personal preference. Despite these small things, we definitely recommend this place - it’s a great find in a perfect location!!

Appartamento molto bello, ben rifinito e accessoriato con tanti elettrodomestici (avrei apprezzato un microonde ma solo perché sono abituata ad usarlo, c'erano comunque delle alternative). Posizione ottima, comodo il fatto di avere un parcheggio distante 5 minuti a piedi). Letto comodo. Per chi non è del posto occhio agli orari della ZTL oppure fatevi fare il permesso giornaliero dal proprietario (che è gentilissimo e super disponibile)

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, l'odore dello scarico del bagno, ma abbiamo risolto tenendo la porta chiusa.

Tutto perfetto

Ho alloggiato una settimana presso questa struttura e devo dire che è stata veramente piacevole. L’appartamento è grande e pulito e presenta tante comodità, come lavatrice,asciugatrice,ferro da stiro, etc.Sono stata colpita positivamente dalla presenza di una piccola libreria, dove vi sono diversi giochi per i bambini. Il proprietario è una persona veramente disponibile e cordiale.
