The location of the property was superb , being within walking distance to the antique markets . Excellent restaurant right next door and the pasticceria downstairs full of all the goodies to die for ! Very spacious with plenty of room to relax and enjoy your days there like a home away from home and a wonderfully friendly host always has a big smile .

Perfect place to stay and explore Arezzo.

This place is amazing. There's all you ever need to make you comfortable. Fabio is a really welcoming host. The location is perfect too. Its 10min walk to city center. Also it's like 3min ride to a shopping center or the city pool.

We didn't find any flaws. Trully.

We are 3 persons from Berlin and Vietnam , we all enjoyed the apartment with its location, facilities and services. The apartment is vey clean, large enough for 3-4 people. The host, whose name is Fabio , he is amazing and nice guy. He helped us to find the rental car company and negotiated for the best price in town. He also took us to take the car by his cute car free of charge. Fabio also gave us proper advices about the places to visit on the way from Arezzo and Siena and that made our 1 day tour by car intesting and perfect beyond expectation. The breakfast is also very nice with variety of choice for homemade cakes, coffee ... We were excited and loved the trip to Arezzo and the staying in Fabio's apartment was the good point essencially of our trip . One more thing about the location is very closed to bus stop. Only 10 seconds to take bus , what would you expect more !!!

Great location but with a few little updates it would be better

The location was great but the apartment could have been a little cleaner. Fabio seemed nice but as he was working in his shop downstairs, he didn’t really go through everything with us. We had a nice breakfast from his shop and there was parking available which was very convenient for us.

There was no hand soap and the outdoor tables and chairs need updating as they were rusted and we couldn’t use it.

Great apartment near historic centre

Great sized apartment. Loved the terrace. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment to make a meal. Big TV and sound system. Washing machine included. 15min walk to historic centre. Pastry shop downstairs is great. Highly recommend!

Exceptional

The apartment is spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and sofa. There is fully equiped kitchen as well. Bathrom is clean, towels provided. The best thing is big terrace with magnificent view on Tuscan hills where you can truly enjoy your morning coffee. After that, you can get downstairs to coffee shop next door for typical italian breakfast (included in price). All compliments to our lovely host Fabio, who greeted us warmly and kept sure that everything was going well.

Absolutely wonderful! Exactly what we need - very kind people, very nice place.

The location is fabulous, the apartment is much more beautiful and comfortable than in the pictures. The hosts are extremely kind, with impeccable customer service. They didn't know what else to offer us and what else to do to make us feel as at home as possible. We easily became friends with this extraordinary family. On the ground floor they have a pastry shop with addictive goodies. Very delicious breakfast. Abdo prepares some original cappuccinos, never seen before. Thank you Abdo, Slim and all your wonderful family and colleagues! It was very difficult for us to say goodbye, because we were emotionally attached to both the wonderful place and these extraordinary people. We will definitely come back!

Great and very much recommended!

Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment including a nice balcony (more a terrace than a balcony). In the ground floor there is a bar where you can get your breakfast. We had a bank holiday during our stay, the bar was closed, but nevertheless a perfect breakfast has been delivered (we found it in front of our entrance door). There is a fantastic view in the morning, when the sun rises above the mountains.

The apartment is located "a little bit outside", but anyway you can reach everything in the city centre by walk.

Breakfast in pasticerria donwstairs was very nice. great location, with free parking around the corner and within couple minutes walking of the old centre of Arruzo.

Großzügiges Apartment mit Balkon, Schlafzimmer zur ruhigen Gartenseite, ausgezeichnete Pasticceria im Haus, Top-Empfehlungen für Restaurants. Parkmöglichkeiten an der Strasse Zur Kathedrale gibt es scale mobili ab Parkplatz Pietri (zu Fuss 500 m)

Un soggiorno da favola!

La casa è bellissima!! Non si tratta dell'"appartamento della nonna" che offrono altri host, ma di una casa ariosa, luminosa, con mobili moderni e curata nel dettaglio: molto accogliente e spaziosa. Noi ne siamo rimasti entusiasti!! Il posteggio lungo la strada è libero, ma quello a pagamento nei pressi delle scale mobili per raggiungere il Duomo di Arezzo è altrettanto vicino. Il centro città si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi in non più di 10 minuti. La colazione è fruibile dalle 5 del mattino ed è la classica "colazione al bar" con brioche ottime e cappuccini professionali. Il supermercato Gala si trova a pochissimi minuti in auto dall'abitazione e ha un reparto rosticceria molto fornito. Per noi è stata una vacanza TOP. Torneremo sicuramente. Se, come noi, arrivate da Imperia, in Liguria, troverete anche che posteggi, abitazioni e prezzi del supermercato sono piuttosto convenienti!! Andateci!

Zeer behulpzame eigenaar. Zeer gemoedelijk verblijf. Prachtig appartement. Mooi uitzicht, zeker vanaf het ruime balkon. Werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Zou zo weer boeken.

Parkeren kan lastig zijn. Verder niets op aan te merken.

Het appartement is voldoende ruim met ook aparte keuken en zitkamer. Zeer proper ook ! Zeer lekkere koffie tijdens het ontbijt dat we beneden in de patisserie konden genieten, inbegrepen in de premie. Zeer vriendelijke hosts !

De douche viel nogal klein uit, er is nochtans voldoende plaats voor een grotere. De regendouche-kop was teveel verkalkt waardoor een onaangenaam gevoel tijdens het douchen.

Vrij parkeren in de omgeving langs de weg of op parkeerplaats van pompstation, was niet altijd even makkelijk

Schade!

Die Wohnung war sehr groß und in einem besonderen Charme dekoriert.

Die Gegenstände in der Küche waren zum Teil sehr alt und sehr verschmutzt! Wir wollten dort nicht kochen! Das war sicherlich mal eine wundervolle Wohnung, aber die scheint ordentlich in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. So auch die kaputten Liegestühle auf der Terrasse!

Ottimo appartamento in posizione strategica per visitare Arezzo e raggiungere le zone limitrofe.

Appartamento molto vicino al centro storico di Arezzo, raggiungibile a piedi o lasciando l'auto al vicino parcheggio con annessa scala mobile. Pur trovandosi lungo la statale è molto ben insonorizzato e non si sente assolutamente nessun rumore, ottima la colazione in pasticceria al piano terra. Lo abbiamo utilizzato, oltre che per la visita ad Arezzo, come base per visite a Siena e Perugia.
