Ottima posizione, a ridosso della Piazza Grande di Arezzo, comoda per visitare il centro senza dover prendere l'auto e con la possibilità di rientrare in qualsiasi ora in struttura. I ristoranti che avevo considerato sono praticamente a poche centinaia di metri.
Non dipendente da loro, il parcheggio, da cui bisogna fare parecchia strada e dove non permettono l'utilizzo delle scale mobili con le valigie (ed altre restrizioni), considerando che il percorso è abbastanza faticoso (in salita) anche per persone allenate.
