Brilliant stay in a lovely city

Located just inside city walls. Fairly spacious apartment with all necessities. Two tiny bathrooms and the kitchen is fairly small - but we were not intending to cook. However cooking would have been possible. There is an outside veranda with a washing machine on it. Lounge is roomy.

Adding bedside tables and reading lights would have been nice. Mostly very good and homely.

Gave us her phone number and always ready to give infos about the city. Restaurants and shops in the same street. 10 minutes from Old center. 15 minutes walking from train station.

Perfetto!!!

Appartamento perfetto, spazioso e arredato con cura; ambienti spaziosi e soprattutto puliti. Materassi molto comodi. Tutti e due i bagni sufficientemente grandi e anche la doccia era spaziosa. In cucina c'era tutto il necessario, stoviglie, bicchieri ecc. e un frigorifero grande. Ottimo aver trovato la moka, c'era anche una macchina per capsule Illy e una French Press. Purtroppo date le temperature non abbiamo potuto sfruttare la veranda davvero molto carina. Molto facile raggiungere l'appartamento, si trova in zona ZTL ma a 50 mt. fuori dalla Porta Lorentina c'è un parcheggio a pagamento. Dall'appartamento, facendo una decina di minuti a piedi si raggiunge tranquillamente Corso Italia che è la via principale dello shopping. Nessun problema per contattare i proprietari per avere info e qualche dritta sui locali. Per concludere esperienza assolutamente positiva e da ripetere.

Appartamento fantastico a pochi passi dalle attrazioni e dai mercatini di natale

Siamo stati davvero benissimo: io, mia moglie e mio figlio abbiamo trovato un’accoglienza che ci ha fatto sentire immediatamente a nostro agio. Chiara, la ragazza che ci ha ricevuti, è stata estremamente cordiale e disponibile, e ci ha messo a disposizione l’intera casa con una gentilezza rara. L’appartamento è risultato magnifico, curato in ogni dettaglio e dotato di ogni comfort possibile. Siamo rimasti colpiti dalla quantità di piccole attenzioni presenti: dalle caramelle ai biscotti, dal caffè alle tisane, fino alla frutta fresca pronta ad accoglierci. Tutto era impeccabilmente pulito, la casa era spaziosa, ben arredata e davvero calda e accogliente, il tipo di ambiente che ti fa sentire subito nel posto giusto. Anche la posizione è stata un grande punto di forza, perché ci siamo ritrovati praticamente in pieno centro, a pochi passi dai mercatini di Natale e dalle principali attrazioni, il che ha reso ogni spostamento semplice e piacevole. Arezzo si è rivelata una città splendida, ricca di bellezza e atmosfera, e ciò che ci ha colpito maggiormente è stata la cordialità delle persone, una qualità che abbiamo ritrovato ovunque, confermando l’idea di una Toscana accogliente e generosa. Siamo stati talmente bene che, al momento di ripartire, abbiamo provato quella tipica nostalgia che si prova quando si lascia un luogo che ti ha fatto stare bene, una città bella e viva come Arezzo e persone gentili come Chiara. Un’esperienza davvero positiva: grazie, grazie, grazie

Appartamento nuovo ristrutturato. Molto accogliente, comodo anche per due famiglie con due camere da letto 1 bagno padronale e uno di servizio. Fornito di tutto il necessario. Proprietari gentilissimi. Chiara sempre molto disponibile e piena di utili consigli
