2 Bedroom Nice Apartment In Arezzo

Location was excellent.

Apartment very very dark even with windows and curtains open. Had to work with a Third party as well as owner to try and resolve double payment for cleaning - no success with either and still no response from booking.com. Wine glasses locked away (no key) and no wine opener - owner suggested we buy one as lost - if we used the air conditioner or gas stove owner wanted additional payments. Extremely noisy area with construction happening close to the property. 1/2 roll of toilet paper there when we arrived and when asked if additional one (as just arrived) told to go and buy one "not a hotel or B&B". No instruction manual on appliances or the general area. Wifi only worked during the day and not from second bedroom. TV only radio no TV channels. Owner did try to assist with hand written note at checkin but just a woeful guest experience from start to finish.
