Nice location and flexible host

We stayed for 3 days, very nice location to roam the city. The appartment is quite large and the terrasse is nice (but not too sunny on a winter afternoon :). Our host was very accommodating on check in time, 2h earlier than expected.

Great location in Arezzo!

The location was excellent. It was only a few hundred meters from several sights and the main square. The home has 1.5 bathrooms and a large outdoor terrace.

The hot water in the shower sifts from hot to cold every 15-20 seconds. We were unable to keep the water warm

Good location for exploring Arezzo

No breakfast was included, but there was plenty of fette biscottate and jam. The host was generous with the coffee pods.

There was just a slight hitch when we arrived because it was cold and the host was late greeting us. But the hosts more than made up for that during the stay. Not enough outlets nor comfortable seating for a long stay.

It was exceptional.

The apartment is as presented. It is very quaint, clean and fully furnished. It has a full-sized kitchen and living room with a day bed, full bathroom, washer, along with a separate bedroom with its own 1/2 bathroom. The main bedroom leads out onto a large outdoor terrace. Spectacular. The WiFi is great and there is a large curved screen TV in the living room and a smaller TV in the main bedroom. The hosts have a very nice shop downstairs and is regularly staffed. The main host and staff were wonderful. I don't speak any Italian and they didn't speak a lot of English but we both enjoyed our "conversations." Overall, this place was exceptional. I just loved my host and staff. They were awesome.

The bed in the main bedroom is a bit hard and the apartment is a bit of a walk from the train station and main restaurant area along Corso Italia. Just be aware this is not a hotel. If you want room service, etc., you won't get it.

Amazing hospitality

We booked for the next day and only realized this when we were standing in front of the apartment. The hosts were absolutely amazing. They luckily had an apartment at the edge of the city center where we could stay for the night. They took such good care of us and we will never forget their hospitality. This apartment has a nice interior. One bath with a toilet and a separate toilet which we think is a really good addition. The roof terrace was so nice, although it was a bit too hot during our stay to enjoy it fully. This was one of the few places where we could sleep without air conditioning even though it is available. There is a nice pizza place in the street where we also ordered take away from once and we highly recommend eating there!

We stayed in the Gold Appartment, which is incredible! The appartment has a living room, with a kitchen and a comfortable sofa. There is a big TV with YouTube and Netflix access. The bedroom was amazing, with a huge terrase, very nicely decorated. Staying in the night on the terasse, watching the stars was amazing. The full appartment was greatly decorated, with golden elements, which fitted very elegantly. I fully recommend!
