Wonderful stay overall – the location was perfect and the owner was truly great!

Very good location – just a short walk to the train station and shops nearby. Easy access to the old town on foot. Convenient and comfortable stay!

Everything was great, but having air conditioning or at least a fan would make summer stays more comfortable :)

A beautiful experience from start to finish

Isabel and her son were absolutely fabulous! the check in was efficient and fast, the apartment was awesome, clean, large and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay very much

There is a coffee machine but no capsules...maybe just 2-4 for the first day? really needed a quick coffee after arrival and (although I know how) not many foreign people know how to use the Moka Pot (which was great)

Location is good 15 minutes from the oldtown on foot. The hosts were very nice and told us everything, gave us tip for really good restaurant

We were very happy and pleased with our stay and the host was very pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was not included, however the location was excellent and well positioned to access the old town. A local place for breakfast was also very close by.

Collecting the key or accessing a key could be improved. Although part of the problem was that we didn’t have roaming to contact and collect easier.

Great place to stay in Arezzo

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Isabel has bean an amazing host, very responsive to all questions, kind and helpful with recommendations on where to eat local.

Unfortunately the elevator was not working during our stay. Not necessarily a big issue in general but, in our specific case, it made things a bit more complicated to manage.

Lovely apoartment in local area with easy 15 minutes walk into the city. WiFi excellent. Nice little kitchen. Terrace and proper blinds do the bedroom was nice and dark at night

It was exceptionally hot whilst I was there and there is a dan but no air con so was difficult to sleep on those hotter nights

Soggiorno da dimenticare!

Nulla! Viaggio di lavoro prenotiamo un appartamento peccato che l’Annuncio non sia veritiero, non c’erano 2 camere da letto e nel divano letto non c’erano le lenzuola e le coperte. La proprietaria non era presente e tramite un suo incaricato che prima delle 18,30 non poteva aprirci perché la signora non era fuori Arezzo, ci ha cacciato quando protestavamo del disservizio e anzi ha addebitato a noi non aver preparato l’altro letto con lenzuola e coperte, a suo dire DOVEVAMO noi avvisarla di essere in due e che non dormivamo insieme ne Letto matrimoniale!

La maleducazione della proprietaria! E l’annuncio sbagliato, il secondo letto che in realtà era un divano senza lenzuola e coperte. Rubinetto del bidet rotto. La mattina non c’era il riscaldamento

Il soggiorno è andato benissimo, la struttura pulita, accogliente dotata di tutti i comfort, compreso WiFi, phon, piastra per i capelli e tanto altro. Posizione buona, a circa dieci minuti a piedi dal centro. E soprattutto Isabel un host perfetta. Consigliatissimo!

Una piacevole scoperta vicino al centro di Arezzo!

La calda accoglienza di Isabel e il suo carinissimo appartamento attrezzato nonché super curato ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Abbiamo apprezzato davvero tutto! Particolarmente comodi il letto e i cuscini!

Bonito departamento en una ubicación céntrica, cuenta con todos los servicios anunciados y las fotos hacen justicia porque todo está absolutamente nuevo, el balcón es un plus ya que tiene una hermosa vista natural. Excelente higiene. Hay un supermercado a un minuto a pie, la estación central a unos 15 min. quedé encantada porque incluso el edificio es muy tranquilo así que pude descansar y disfrutar totalmente de mi estadía . La anfitriona es una persona muy amable, educada y siempre está atenta al teléfono para cualquier consulta o duda que resolver. Gracias. Recomiendo este lugar 😊

Molto gradevole

Accogliente, dotata di ascensore, super silenziosa, luminosa con uno splendido balconcino. Stendino e ferro verticale a disposizione. Estremamente pulito!!!!! Doccia molto spaziosa.

Unica pecca: eravamo un gruppo di 4 amici di cui una coppia. Purtroppo il bagno è in camera, quindi se i ragazzi dovevano usufruire del wc erano obbligati a entrare in camera! Ma se si viaggia in famiglia o semplicemente in coppia è ok
