Location and views were great.

We found dirty dishes in the dishwasher on arrival and had to clean them and put them away. But the biggest issue was receiving a horrible note from another flat after being in the flat for only 2 hours, complaining about us walking around and to keep our children under control, It really upset our stay and set a horrible tone making us anxious. The shower is too small, you need to be 5'5 or less to get under it and water temperature was difficult to regulate. WiFi information was incorrect on welcome pack. No keys to lock the windows, as we have small childern this was a worry. Also, it was windy and the noise was horrendous, so loud that none of us slept well the first night as it kept us awake. Furthermore, the windows are drafty and our blinds were swaying inside so we had to put the heating up high to keep us warm as the flat was cold and drafty.
