Good location for walking to both town and seafront, once you have parked in the allocated secure parking space there’s no need to use car. Clean and comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen. Have stayed here previously and will return next year.

Great location in the centre of Eastbourne. Have stayed here 3 times now. The bonus is the secure parking. It is a self catering apartment however you are just 5 minutes walk from the town centre or 10 minutes walk from Sainsbury in the Beacon.
Traffic noise when the windows were open. It was necessary to do this as the apartment was registering 26 degrees C inside. Could have done with more powerful fans but storage of such items can be problematic. I needed to wash cutlery/plates/baking tray up before I used them.
