Location very handy for most things opposite the pier and with sea view from the lounge.

Very spacious apartment with lovely period features in a great location. Well equipped kitchen. Clean fresh linen and towels. Great communication from host and the lovely house keeper who shared with us her local knowledge. Lots of little extras that made the stay more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Parking was difficult but that is the case throughout Eastbourne. There wasn’t a mirror in the small double so I couldn’t see to style my hair.
