The location suits us as it’s slightly out of the main town and we enjoy walking along the seafront after a day at Eastbourne tennis.

Good size bedroom with storage for clothes. Nicely furnished sitting room and we liked the space. Microwave, fridge and toaster plus kettle. We liked the shower. We really appreciated the fan and bottled water. The fridge was a godsend in this hot weather. Host was very helpful and let us check in early. Plenty of parking. Thank you. Sorry I didn't take more pics.
No way to fill the kettle or wash up the bowls etc. Is it an apartment if you don't have that? There were 3 bowls, 2 small and 2 large plates, and 1 wine glass, 1 lager glass, 2 mugs but plenty of disposable cups and cutlery. Also bathroom has a sliding door which doesn't fit as flush as a normal door. Privacy lacking if someone is in bed/ bedroom when you are using the toilet. Depends if that bothers you

We liked the feel of the flat which was very clean and homely Bed was very comfortable
It was a bit further from the town than we expected but very close to the beach
