Charming 19th-century cottage near Eastbourne seafront, sleeping up to 4. Enclosed gardens, pet-friendly, full of character with modern touches. Close to beach, shops, and South Downs, ideal for couples or small family seaside escapes.. Ground Floor:

Kitchen: With electric cooker, gas hob, combi microwave/oven/grill, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washing machine.
Bathroom: With bath, toilet and heated towel rail.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With 2ft 6in twin beds.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for multi-fuel burner included. Back garden with sitting out area and barbecue. Inside, the cottage is cosy and full of character, ideal for couples or small families. The living/dining room offers a welcoming space to relax, complete with a Smart TV and dining area for four. The compact kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, kettle, and toaster. A modern shower room with bath, basin, Heated towel rail, and WC is conveniently located off the kitchen. Upstairs, accessed via original wooden stairs, are two bedrooms – one king-size and one twin – comfortably sleeping up to three adults or two adults and two children. Outside, guests can enjoy both front and rear enclosed gardens with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, perfect for relaxed evenings. Roadside parking is available, and one well-behaved pet is welcome.
