Gore Park House is a spacious and welcoming Victorian home in Eastbourne, combining period character with modern comforts. Bright, comfortable and inviting, it makes a lovely base for exploring the town, enjoying the coast or heading into the beautiful South Downs for a day of hiking.
The recently renovated ground floor features a new kitchen and a large, open-plan living space, ideal for cooking, dining and relaxing together. Three bedrooms, with two double beds and one king-size bed, accommodate up to six guests. The house also offers two showers, one bath, three toilets and a washer/dryer. Two televisions with Netflix provide entertainment for cosy evenings in, while the rear garden offers a pleasant space to unwind outdoors.
The central location puts plenty within easy reach. Eastbourne town centre and the train station are around a 15-minute walk away, with rail connections to London, Gatwick and Brighton. Nearby bus stops make exploring easy, and the convenient Albert Parade shops are close at hand. A Waitrose supermarket is also just a 10-minute walk away.
Two beautiful parks, Motcombe Park and Gildredge Park, are within walking distance, as are several well-regarded pubs and restaurants, including The Lamb, The Rainbow and The Two Bulls.
