Shipside is a spacious ground-floor holiday apartment in leafy Meads village, close to Eastbourne seafront, Beachy Head and the South Downs National Park.
Inside, the apartment combines Victorian proportions and period features with a rich, welcoming style.
The conservatory dining area is filled with natural light and opens the home up beautifully, while the private patio garden provides an inviting spot for outdoor meals or morning coffee.
There are two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed, smart TV and built-in storage, and a second with a small double bed. The living room provides a full size double sofa bed, therefore Shipside can accommodate up to five guests due the flexible sleeping options.
Small children are thought of here as a travel cot, highchair and fold up buggy are provided for your stay.
The calm living room has two large sofas, an easy chair, feature fireplace and smart TV, plus board games, puzzles and Alexa speakers.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a cooker and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, Krups coffee machine and washing machine.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, and there is an additional toilet for convenience. Crisp white linen, fluffy towels and free WiFi are provided.
Parking restrictions apply on Derwent Road, and free roadside parking is available a few minutes’ walk away. However we can provide visitors parking permits for £2 a day.
From Holywell beach and Eastbourne Pier to Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters clifftops, this is an ideal base for a relaxing coastal break or temporary stay in Eastbourne.
