The location of this flat is absolutely excellent. Our host, Stuart, communicated wonderfully throughout the process and was incredibly helpful with sorting out our parking permits. We were warmly greeted right at the front door upon arrival by Venny, the housekeeper. Inside, the flat was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. We had a fantastic experience and would be very happy to stay at 3 Queens Gardens again in the future. Highly recommended!
It would be nice if the small balcony was a bit more attractive, as the outdoor furniture has definitely seen better days.

The property is spacious, clean and comfortable throughout. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed if you were to cook yourself. At first we couldn’t get Tv to work, as soon as we contacted Stewart, he came down that day and sorted it out. S
For us personally, we found the sofa very low, it was comfortable.

We had a perfect stay in the apartment - it was very spacious and the location was perfect. Definitely recommend it.

Balcony furniture in v. poor state. En suite sink too near glass shelf; no hooks on doors; mattress too soft; could hear neighbours upstairs far too clearly
