Really good value for money for a group, very spacious living room, close to everything we needed (beach, train station, shops) and responsive hosts. Would highly reccomend!

Very nice property in a superb location. Walking distance to everything we needed.
Could do with some very minor maintenance, for example towel rack loose of wall but didn’t impact our stay.

Size of apartment, location for exploring Eastbourne, well equipped, comfortable.
When you look closer everything needs a really good dust and clean. The blinds are dusty and windows filthy. Fridge freezer needs a deep clean. Dishwasher didn’t clean items properly. Big slug problem on the balcony and they were getting into the bedrooms, I don’t think anything could actually be done about this though other than blocking wherever they were getting in. For the money we paid I would have expected the apartment to be in a cleaner condition.
