The location is great. Right by the beach, the outside space is a bonus.
Car parking is a lottery on the road outside the apartment spaces are limited. Unfortunately the apartment had not been cleaned prior to arrival, this was sorted out with a phone call but did take another 2 hours for someone to arrive and clean. This meant I could not get settled in until well after 6pm.

Great location, good available parking . Warm weather and the place remained cool .
A hairdryer would be a good addition . Perhaps some salt and pepper too . Really difficult to criticise anything

Głównym słabym punktem tego mieszkania były łazienki, które wymagają już niestety remontu. Grzyb na silkonach i odpadający uchwyt na ręcznik to coś co bardzo słabo wygląda, a z drugiej strony można to łatwo naprawić.

Size of apartment, location for exploring Eastbourne, well equipped, comfortable.
When you look closer everything needs a really good dust and clean. The blinds are dusty and windows filthy. Fridge freezer needs a deep clean. Dishwasher didn’t clean items properly. Big slug problem on the balcony and they were getting into the bedrooms, I don’t think anything could actually be done about this though other than blocking wherever they were getting in. For the money we paid I would have expected the apartment to be in a cleaner condition.
