Spacious house, walking distance to beach, nice kitchen
Beds and bedding, no washing machine, not enough ventilation in living room, no fans, no cafes or restaurants within walking distance.

Certainly felt like home from home. We enjoyed the little conservatory at the rear of the house. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short. Would have loved to have stayed longer.

Lovely and big. Felt really homely! Everything you needed was there. Lovely warm, clean and family focused place to stay!
The showers were a little bit hard to get right temperature wise but that’s me trying to find a fault! Really wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

it was well equipped with pretty much everything you needed for a stay with a family. the beds were comfortable and the soft furnishings were nice. there were also board games and children’s toys which I thought was a nice touch.
although the property is pretty central, the location isn’t great, it’s not in the nicest area of Eastbourne. parking can be a nightmare and it also seemed a bit overpriced for what we got.
