Spacious ample room for family of six. Lovely outdoor space to the rear of the property. Small conservatory overlooking rear patio area perfect for late night drinks or early morning breakfast.
Uncovered shower in front bedroom. Maybe the property would benefit from have the two single beds as a twin room rather than a double and single in the same room. (But only sugguestion). Parking at times could be an issue outside the property although this was clearly stated in the description.

We loved how it felt like a home from home. We had everything we needed, and more. The location was great, close by everything, but quiet street.
Would have loved a washing machine, as saves on the amount we need to pack for a family of 5.

Lovely property, ten mins from the beach and about a 20-25 minute walk into the centre of town. Squeaky clean, big airy kitchen, and a great patio area to have breakfast every morning. Great wifi, all amenities minus washing machine and dishwasher, and free on-street parking. Responsive and helpful host.
A little afraid to sit on the outside lounge chair as it looked like it could fall through. The single bed mattress could do with replacing as it dipped in the middle from use and was a little uncomfortable as a result.

it was well equipped with pretty much everything you needed for a stay with a family. the beds were comfortable and the soft furnishings were nice. there were also board games and children’s toys which I thought was a nice touch.
although the property is pretty central, the location isn’t great, it’s not in the nicest area of Eastbourne. parking can be a nightmare and it also seemed a bit overpriced for what we got.
