Very good breakfast and brilliant location

It is student accommodation and not a hotel so it was fairly basic. But of course we knew that any way.

The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Check-in was easy, although it took us a few attempts to get the key fob to work (our fault). Nice to stay in a place with people; felt comfortable and safe.

Not crazy about the wet room shower; maybe this is my personal preference, but I would have preferred a closed shower that did not leave the bathroom floor wet. Otherwise, the rest of the booking was fine.

Breakfast was great if you avoided the '8 O'clock rush'

Could have been a bit more info - eg. location of bus stop to Canterbury and other facilities around Uni.

My negative review is simply to bring this to the attention of management, as they deserve the opportunity to improve. I would definitely give this place a second chance. However, the rooms were so warm it was impossible to sleep. The bed linens had stains (though I received a fresh set as soon as I complained). Additionally, the TV remote wasn't working, which was frustrating during the World Cup. Reception was just too far away, so I didn't bother going back down to complain.
