Good breakfast. high ratings on this as the hit all the expectations for the cost. Value for money, clean rooms, kitchens if you need. location is in campus if you need to stay at the university its super convenient and an obvious for business or visiting family and friends. staff very helpful.

Breakfast was really nice, a good choice, and included in the price. The rooms are adequate for the price paid. Parking was available at no extra cost and within walking distance from the building.

We had cleaners bang on our door at 10 am, although the checkout time clearly stated 11 am. Only one of them (5 in total) spoke or understood English. I was staying here with my autistic son, and we were staying for the day to clear out his room. So this much noise from people who were very difficult to understand definitely set us off on the wrong foot. I've stayed here twice before and had no issues whatsoever, so I'm not sure what happened this time. The lady at check-in did her job, but was either tired or uninterested. I don't think I saw her smile once. She forgot to give me the parking permit and seemed annoyed that I came back to ask for one. She was, however, very diligent in doing the work. Again, this has not been my experience here before, when I found reception staff highly efficient and friendly. The last thing I wanted to mention is the lack of lifts in this place. After coming here for a little over a year, I haven't found a way to enquire about accessible rooms yet. Last but not least. Although there is access to the kitchen, you would have to bring your own pots, pans, utensils, and cutlery if you wanted to make your own meals; nothing is provided.

The room a reasonable size with all basic facilities. Parking included and good breakfast. A chance for my husband to revisit the university he attended. A peaceful environment outside the busyness of the main town.

Bed not brilliantly comfortable but ok!

Convenient, clean and very secure with easy parking

The room was very warm and it was difficult to cool down. No bedside lamp which made it impossible to read at night. Double bed but the mattress was terrible and you could feel the bed support bars through the mattress. This made for an uncomfortable night. We decided against staying a second night due to this even though we had paid for it. Breakfast was understaffed and several items were unavailable which was disappointing but available staff did their best.
