Good location for the city, great to have free parking available. Facilities in the room were adequate - a little tight for three adults in the family room. It's useful having a small fridge in the room, especially as breakfast service was not an option.
As a family room it would have been good to have a third chair in the room,

The location was very good and the staff friendly. The room was clean cosy and good value for money.
There wasn't much I didn't like really, the shared bathroom shower was little bit tight and it was little bit confusing fing the car park at first but nothing major, overall very happy with my stay would propably stay again.

It’s very close to everything ie train station town centre
The front garden could do with a tidy up .The hand basin is very small

quiet clean room at back of house with small bathroom adjoining and tv in bedroom, kettle and teas, wfi.
Near enough to walk into Canterbury partly along the river.
Did not know prior to arrival that needed to phone owner to access house as only occupied by guests.
