Four Seasons Guest House

I was free to come and go as I pleased. Everything I needed was provided.

Admittedly I arrived at 7pm but more information at the house on how to contact people to check in would have been useful, although the Booking.com email did give a number.

Very comfortable beds (had a great night sleep), crisp clean duvet, quiet room, coffee and tea making facilities in the room, extra towels (not just 2 pp), white thick cotton towels, ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle with bifold doors, very easy to open and close without causing obstructions, bathroom feels clean and fresh, despite the bathroom being rather small it was well designed and comfortable. Car parking available at the back of the property. There's a number of superstores in the vicinity I.e. Asda, Aldi, as well as Gregg's and food trucks, petrol stations...the Town centre is only a short drive away.

Nothing really

Good location for the city, great to have free parking available. Facilities in the room were adequate - a little tight for three adults in the family room. It's useful having a small fridge in the room, especially as breakfast service was not an option.

As a family room it would have been good to have a third chair in the room,

quiet clean room at back of house with small bathroom adjoining and tv in bedroom, kettle and teas, wfi. Near enough to walk into Canterbury partly along the river.

Did not know prior to arrival that needed to phone owner to access house as only occupied by guests.
