A lot of noise outside late at night but the location was still very good

The location was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. We met the hosts and they were lovely helpful people. The kitchen facilities were very good and very spacious.Great value for money.
They shower and toilet room was small.

Location near city centre, room and bathroom clean
Communal carpets very dirty and stained, fittings very tired eg shower rail, vanity unit and screen broken Resident(?) spending many hours hogging washing machine, chain smoking in yard with door open causing property to smell of smoke, also cat wandering around the property
