Very nice quiet place and close to town centre

Great central location, easy walking distance to Canterbury city centre. Extra facilities were available as property was obviously a home at some point, therefore guests have use of the kitchen and I guess the lounge as this was all open. Far the owner was very helpful, communication was excellent. Parking on site (if spaces available).

Not much really. The yale door lock on the room we were in could do with being fixed as the snib was missing, which meant we got locked out as the door closed when we were out on the landing and we didn't have the keys to get back in. Realised other guests could be heard very easily, might just be because it's a fairly modern house and the walls are mainly stud walls. Bathroom - shower over bath was a little awkward, especially if you are over 6 feet like my Husband, as the ceiling is lower over the shower head area.

The owner of the property answers to messages promptly. They have unlimited supplies of tea and coffee. Kitchen and utensils are clean. There is a dedicated secured parking at tbe back of the property which I thought I have to pay but ended up not paying.

The location was excellent. Within walking distance to the Cathedral. Large shared kitchen and living room made it easy to cook and eat there some days. Many supermarkets within 5 mins walk. Easy parking.

It was not well maintained or cleaned. It was a low cost place to stay for a few days so we had low expectations. But basic things like the kitchen, living room, carpet in room and the bathroom really need a good deep clean. The boiler perhaps needs maintenance as it ticked loudly all night.
