Great location. Nice room with very comfortable bed and good ensuite bathroom. Large shared living/dining room with access to courtyard. Nice and quiet at night Close to shops, Cathedral and Abbey.

The kitchen was well equipped, but it could be cleaner and have fresher tea towels.

Great central location, easy walking distance to Canterbury city centre. Extra facilities were available as property was obviously a home at some point, therefore guests have use of the kitchen and I guess the lounge as this was all open. Far the owner was very helpful, communication was excellent. Parking on site (if spaces available).

Not much really. The yale door lock on the room we were in could do with being fixed as the snib was missing, which meant we got locked out as the door closed when we were out on the landing and we didn't have the keys to get back in. Realised other guests could be heard very easily, might just be because it's a fairly modern house and the walls are mainly stud walls. Bathroom - shower over bath was a little awkward, especially if you are over 6 feet like my Husband, as the ceiling is lower over the shower head area.

Location was perfect, very close to city centre. Lovely & quiet area as well. Came with free parking space. Lounge was lovely with modern music system

Property's renovations weren't quite complete. Had to ask a neighbour to shut main bedroom window. Couldn't open window in small bedroom. Couldn't wash-up properly as plug didn't stop the water flowing away. No bowl either
