Bit cramped round bed and both hit shins/knees on bedposts

I had a pleasant stay overall. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There was a nice variety of complimentary refreshments, including tea, coffee, and biscuits, which was a thoughtful touch. The area was quiet, allowing for a good night’s sleep, while still being very central with many amenities, shops, and transport links nearby and easy to reach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience and offered excellent value for the stay.

It is only a short walk to High Street and to Canterbury Cathedral.

There were a couple of small maintenance issues that should have been addressed (a leaking lavatory faucet and a shorted-out vent fan), but those weren’t major problems.

Location of the property is close to the city centre. So in terms of location, it was fine. The staff who attended to was polite and responsive. The room was neat and clean.

No lift, so lugging heavy luggage is bound to hurt your back. I had requested for twin beds since i was travelling with my daughter and it was confirmed by the property but when I checked in, to my surprise there was just a double bed. It was very awkward for us. Old fashioned key to access main door and your room as well which has to be inserted upside down, so to figure out locking and unlocking took some time. Wifi speeds were poor. Work is ongoing and there is scaffolding all around and there was no visible signage to the property. So identifying the property involved hand gestures with the person answering the phone. All in all I don't think it was value for the money I spent on staying here
