The location was good, decent room, host is very kind and proactive to any complaints.
Fridge wasn't working, fan was dusty. In summer air con would be better

Everything was excellent. The property was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The location was convenient, and everything was exactly as described. I had a wonderful stay. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Very easy to find and good value for money. Highly recommended it.

Location of the property is close to the city centre. So in terms of location, it was fine. The staff who attended to was polite and responsive. The room was neat and clean.
No lift, so lugging heavy luggage is bound to hurt your back. I had requested for twin beds since i was travelling with my daughter and it was confirmed by the property but when I checked in, to my surprise there was just a double bed. It was very awkward for us. Old fashioned key to access main door and your room as well which has to be inserted upside down, so to figure out locking and unlocking took some time. Wifi speeds were poor. Work is ongoing and there is scaffolding all around and there was no visible signage to the property. So identifying the property involved hand gestures with the person answering the phone. All in all I don't think it was value for the money I spent on staying here
