    This is one of the worst stays I have ever had. The bed was so soft and uncomfortable - not sure how it can even pass as a bed. Bathroom was dirty and small. This was after asking to move from another room which was smelly and dirty. Not worth the money spent - ruined a weekend away.

    Paid extra for a room advertised as with Breakfast but it turns out this only entitles you to 1 item from the "continental" menu, which apart from a croissant was mainly types of porridge. Also advertised on Agoda as having a car parking, but omitting that it was an additional £25 per night. Nice hotel, but misleading description on Agoda and v dissappointing Breakfast.

    I liked the hotel location and service. But nobody mentioned you pay £25/day to park.

    Terrible mattress, you lay on the bed and sink deep into it which gave me a bad back. Bad drain/toilet smell intermittent. Put in a bedroom in level 1 facing street, alot of noise from people and garbage collectors at 2am. Avoid
