    We booked here last minute to get a head start to go to Le Shuttle. The Canterbury Hotel is old school and once you accept that, it is very good value. The room was clean the bed was comfy the breakfast was amazing at this price point. Had a pleasant evening having a meal wandering around the Cathedral and a 15 mins walk back. Would I want to say a week No. But for a one night stopover really good only negative for some No Lift

    We enjoyed our stay- the hotel was great value for money. The family room had plenty of room. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was buffet style. There was a good selection of food which was freshly prepared. Although the decor at the hotel was a little tired we didn’t feel this detracted from our stay. The staff were friendly. We would definitely return.

    Had a nice and friendly staff on arrival Room was OK. Bed was comfortable The room can do with a better clean Very noisy with the toilet pipes abd outside construction work which I had no idea was taking place. The door to the bed had a gap at the bottom and attraction the hall way light. Had to put towels in the floor to stop the light keeping me awake Breakfast was good When u checked out, a very young girl, just took my key and didnt say much or ask about the stay
