It is on a great location to access Canterbury. There is a park and ride next door with frequent buses. My room ( room 7) was comfortable and clean . There was also plenty of free parking . I didn't eat there but the menu looked to be very varied and well priced.
My room ( room7 ) overlooked the back of the building and was near a generator which was loud at night. Being an old property there wasn't air conditioning but a fan was provided which helped as it was very hot at night. The major issue for me was the lack of WIFI and 4/5g connectivity. A free WiFi was offered but it did not work well at full signal and my room had very little coverage . It is something that was inconvenient but ok for me. If anyone was planning on staying for a work trip it would be hopeless

Great location and good facilities.
Tired and slightly unkempt, they were under staffed the evening of our stay and the manager manfully attempted to meet the demands of his hot clientele. Also didn’t help that our TV lacked a remote!

Location right next door to new park and ride, buses every 8mitutes £4return or as we did use our buses pass.
Staff very friendly and nice food.
Hotel bedroom was in need of refurb.
No air conditioning, free standing fan provided but the heat wave meant the room was very hot at night.
Room very tired, needed up grading and freshing up with wall paper and fresh paint.
Remove the lining paper wall covering as it looks rough.
Outside seating area needs all the wooden seating and tables renewing before someone gets injured.
As mentioned before the rooms were baking hot at night due to the age of hotel, no air condioning apart from a free staying fan which only moved the hot air around.
Breakfast was only cooked, cerials etc were at an extra cost.

Good parking at the hotel. Staff greetings on arrival were good and informative. Fan in the room which was really helpful. Next to a park and ride, which I wish I knew when booking.
The bed was hard, not the most comfortable. Breakfast took a long time from ordering to arrival.
